Motorola Atrix 4G :: Open Notes From App On SD Card?

i have Atrix 4g phone, how do i open my notes from SD card?i had a problem with my phone i end up doing a factory resest. before i did i could tranfer someof my files to my sd card and to my pc. i restall the program that i did the notes in "Note Everything" how can i get the notes from sd card to read in Note everything. the note are PWI format. i what program can instal on my pc to read them . i donot have microsoft word.
also when i start my phone after the factory reset i still see the market place icon, n i when i open it on the phone it is still look like the market set up and it still about 23 hours later too? is this normal

If I leave my phone on a browser page or text message app or any other app, and the phone goes into standby / locked mode, when an incoming call comes in, I am unable to answer the call. Sometimes I can't unlock the phone (screen dead to touch), sometimes I can unlock but then still no screen, no call Answer button appears, but the phone is ringing.
Is it correct then, that one should never leave any app or browser open on the phone?

One minor irratation I have is the phone keypad not being present when making a call. For instance, if you get a voicemail and you tap on the icon the standard active call screen opens, but you then need to touch an icon to open up the dialer pad so you can interact with the voicemail system. Is there any setting that allows the dialer pad to open automatically when a call is made? Would be really great if this feature could be selective for certain numbers such as voicemail.

My Daughter has and iPhone 3gs and when she sends me videos she has recorded with her phone I can't open them. I have tried a number of different video player apps (moto x, rockstar, mobo) (I think those are the rightnames) and none of tehm will play it. Does anyone know what I can do to be able to watch those videos?

I am having an issue with all day events when looking at them in day view. When I go to a day with an all day event scheduled all I see is the color banner on the top with no event description. When I click on the banner to open the event all the info is there. When in week view the information is displayed in the banner.

Is there an APP or setting to keep a hotel internet connection open? I find that as soon as the phone sleeps, the connection is lost and I have to resubmit the connection policy that is usually associated with connecting to a hotel internet connection.

For most of the time I've had my Atrix, I haven't used encryption. I don't even think it was an option. After the last update, I started using the option to encrypt user data and files stored to my SD card. My Atrix has had a lot of programs force closing lately, so I did a hard reset. All my user data was intact after the reset, but I can't open any of my photos that were encrypted. I've tried setting my password to the same as it was before, but I still can't access the files. Is there anything I can do to get my photos?

I deleted a single note. Now the Notes app will not open. If I press the Notes icon, on the Home screen, the app opens, flashes and then disappears. If I look on the multitask bar, the Notes app is there showing the last note I viewed, before deleting a note. If I touch it to open, it opens on the main screen and then disappears! If I look at the multitask bar again, it is there...... I can repeat the multitask bar view repeatedly! It's like there is an immediate Home button press happening that closes the Notes app!  What's up?

i noticed recently an call for betatesting fo rthe latest SWYPE.since the new featureset seems as though it would aleviate some of my frustrations with swype, i wanted to try it.apparently the beta test is not open to people who's phones come preequipped with swype (why??)Anyway, when they release the new swype, will Atrix owners be able to update? how does one completely DISABLE the hinst that always pop up.i am SO tired of the "hidden word" hint that always pops up.

I recieved my atrix 2 (at&t version but unlocked as described on ebay) today. But after I insert my sim card into the slot and power on the phone, it shows that no sim card.

Why is it that the SD card on my Atrix is often not seen, and is there anything that can be done about it? Here are some examples of things that have not seemed to work with and/or recognize my SD card:
1. When my phone is hooked up to my car stereo via USB, the stereo finds audio files on the phones internal storage only, not on the SD card.
2. I have the app "Widgetsoid" which has a toggle switch to mount/dismount the SD card. Instead the widget mounts/dismounts my phone's internal storage.
3. I was using DoubleTwist for a while, but it was hit or miss as far as it seeing my SD card. Sometimes it would find my internal memory, other times it would find my SD card.
4. I had a BT system installed in my car temporarily, and it could only find audio files on the internal storage, not on the SD card.
The SD card seems to function fine with respect to file management when using my laptop and USB or Wifi. The music I have on the SD card functions fine with the stock music player and with ProAmp.

I tried unlocking my AT&T Atrix 4g because, I'll be traveling for the next couple of weeks (I know I'm not supposed to do that), but I used the wrong code too many times, and now it's completely locked. For some reason I can't even use my AT&T SIM card in it any more.

This has gone on far too long by half! Back when I had a Black Berry (ah, the days of effortless file transfer!) it was nothing for me to plug in USB and dump a ton of songs to my 9700. Now, enter Android....:-(
First with my Atrix, and now with my Atrix 2, I just can't seem to consistenly connect, via USB, from my device to my PC. I've tried:
1. Charge only
2. USB Mass storage
3. Windows Media Sync
4. Motorola Phone Portal.
When I try all of these and go to Windows Explorer, all I see is My Computer>Mobile Device...but nothing is there. As I "scroll" through the above choices, I get tons of "bum-beep...bee-bumps" from my PC indicating some sort of connection, but no connection come to fruition. I am running a 32GM Sandisk microSD, and it is formatted--nothing on it. No apps, nothing. Windows XP.
Somethins I get a "Found new hardware" message "MTP device" but it just hangs there.
As far as I know, I have all the proper drivers installed, as I recently tried the one-click root for this device, which didn't work either. I think I deleted the Motorola Media Link stuff. I can't even get the ZumoCast to work.

For some reason, if I click on a link in a Calendar invite on my iPhone4, it will not open Safari. If I hold down on the link, I get options to Open or Copy. I choose Open and nothing happens. I choose Copy and I can copy it, open Safari, Paste it and browsing to that site works.

I installed the CoPilot GPS App a couple of days ago - Maps are stored onboard.
I notice now that the map stored to my phones internal memory rather than to my SD card - I don't recall the app asking me where to store the map.
Must I change a phone setting to accomplish this going forward? I found this in settings under Windows Media Sync:
Settings / SD card and phonestorage / Storage location - then I am presented the opiton of choosing internal phone storage or SD card.
But I still wouldn't consider a GPS map to be "Windows Media" in need of a sync (?)

I had to do a master reset, but before I did, I exported all contacts to my SD card. However, when I try to import them, it shows that there are only three on there and they don't export. I plugged the phone in and looked on the computer, still nothing.
