I got the upgrade to the ATRIX over the weekend. They added some pretty good changes. I like the way gallery is presented and thar u can easily view friends pictures from facebook. And of course I love smiley. However, I still cannot record a message while in an active call.

I have tried many apps from the market, but it does not record the conversations of the call. Is any application or any way to record a call in this phone. Running on Android 2.3 still.

View 9 Replies View Relatedrapid recurrence of the "Disconnected Unplug your charger from the outlet to conserve energy" pop-up message on their Atrix homescreen? The last few days I've been getting this pop-up message quite often (every couple of seconds to sometimes a minute or so apart) while the phone is still plugged into the A/C wall charger. Occasionally it will remain on the screen for minutes at a time, and in fact one time I was able to catch a screenshot of it. The charge cycle is usually complete (90% to 100% indicated). Everything is stock - battery, wall charger, and non-rooted phone on 2.3.6. This is not a loose connection, as I've checked that. It seems to have started occurring around the time the Market was replaced with Google Play Store, and the subsequent update to 3.4.7 which fixed the App Drawer icon issue. Don't know why this would cause what I'm seeing, but just though I'd mention it.

View 8 Replies View RelatedI am having an issue where if I am using the email client with my work MS Exchange email. If I try to forward an email with an attachment from my phone, the message sends but is hung up in the outbox and I receive message failed retry.The phone continues to resend(successfully) every ~3 minutes and continues to disply message failed to send notification in the notification bar.
There is no way to delete the message from outbox (i try and says can't be deleted while sending) or otherwise stop this retry function.I have now send 20+ large emails to 2 different people.The only way I have found to fix is to delete the account and setup again.
When up connect my Atrix to my computer via the USB cable, I get the message, "Do you want to scan and fix MB860?" as wells as "Do you want to scan and fix SD card?" This happens on a Windows Vista and on a Windows 7 computer. The problem is not that I do not disconnect properly from the computer, as I always click that "Safely Remove Hardware" icon in the tray (isn't that what they call it?) down on the right of the Taskbar, and then click the proper choice before unplugging the cable. If I tell it I do want to scan and fix, there is never any problem found after the scanning.

I am using Eclipse for development and have been trying to test an app on my phone but am unable to install it because the phone does not show up on the list of available devices in Eclipse. I have followed all directions to the letter and still no go. I am using the USB cable that came with the device. The Android version on the phone is 2.3.4.

When I go into my accounts, I don't see an icon for MySpace any more (I understand that MotoBlur is no longer compatible with MySpace). Instead, I see a green icon with my MySpace account email. Below the email is [URL]. When I try to remove this account, it just stays there.
The MySpace information is still embedded in my contacts as well. Is there a workaround to get this removed?

Every time I try to configure the email it says my password is incorrect. But of course, I can connect to my email fine from my home network via PC and laptop.I was really looking forward to using this phone. If it is a technical issue between Motorola and Verizon, I'll have no choice but to return the phone.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI purchased a Atrix2 sometime back but just recently was looking to connect it to my PC to download some stuff onto the phone.When I connect my phone to the PC (windows 7 64 bit), the PC is not able to install the required drivers for my motorola phone. It fails with an error that says failed to install something called "ADB" drivers. The phone and car find each other, the phone asks for the PIN code and it says connected. But, when I try to connect the phone to my car, I get an error message that the car has rejected the connection.

View 5 Replies View RelatedI'm unable to record any video on my z3+. My camera app launches fine, but when I try and record it becomes extremely slow and unresponsive. When it doesn't crash it records extremely choppy videos that are barely watchable. (please note, this is regular recordings, not 4k). I have the same problem in third party camera apps. I've tried all sorts, forcing the camera app to stop, clearing data, reseting etc. I've just done a factory reset and the problem remains.
Also, I'm unable to download the high res music from the promotion (posted that in another thread).
Together with the overheating issues I'm seriously regretting getting this phone, and recommend others dont. I'll probably be returning it this week. It's a shame because I really liked my Xperia z.
