I would like to record calls. I see apps for this but none of them will record both sides of the conversation on a Motorola. Is Motorola purposely designing our phones to block this? I am not a computer genis but it seems like it should not be that hard to do.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI have the phone in the dock, and I have the audio cable going from the charger to my car's auxiliary audio port. When I try to make a call, the phone defaults to speaker phone. In a noisy car environment, it makes it difficult to hear the other person well. While the call is going on, there's a "speaker" button in the bottom right on the phone which I can press, which causes the audio to be routed through the car's speakers as music is, which is great. However, doing so causes the person on the other line to no longer be able to hear me. I just upgraded to 4.5.1A_SUN_USC19.0 and the problem still remains.
View 7 Replies View RelatedJust got my Electrify Friday, and so far I have dropped just about every call I have made with it. The screen doesn't turn off during calls and I am either pushing every button and trying to conference in the Moon, or I hang up.
I've turned on and off the pocket mode, I've rebooted with it on, and off. I've turned pocket mode off, rebooted, and then turned it back on. Nothing has worked. I don't have a case on it, I don't have a screen protector on it.
When I make calls from contacts the phone resets.

Sometimes it also has a very loud crackling sound on the call. Here is what I have tried so far; Uninstalling task killer app Updating phone software Replacing/formatting SD card Factory reset x2 My wireless company said they get 3 people per day with the same problem with Electrify.

View 5 Replies View RelatedEverytime I connect my phone to a PC to import pictures, etc.. after it is properly ejected, the phone will reboot continuously. It gets to the home screen and then will shut off and turn on again. It does this at least 15-20 times before it will stay stable. Once it stays on, I then have to reset my ringtones and wallpapers. Is there a way to keep it from doing this?

View 2 Replies View RelatedIam a Uscc agent and I have a customer with the electrify and their phone is dying within a couple of hours and only sending a couple of text messages and making one phone call I have given a battery swap and checked the phone for any bad apps but there were no additional applications installed and settings do not seem out of place and compared it to mine that I have abd everything matches and mine lasts me an entire day of heavy use. I am just wondering if there is anything else that could be draining the battery or a way to fix it?

Needless to say, the piano app that I use.( for jotting down quick ideas, I am a music director at my church and a songwriter) is nearly unusable because piano often uses more than two fingers. I know that the hacking community has been able to enable up to 8 points if multitouch. Is this going to be enabled for this phone? I would hate to get rid of it since I love everything else about it, and have no problems at all with any functionality. ( aside from that whole pesky multitouch thing).

Am planning to buy a nokia N8 but i need to know whether it can record a phone call while the call is in progress. for what i read in the specs it does appear to incorporate a sound recorder feature but i need to know if that feature apply for recording 2 way calls or only to take notes i.e.. Dictating etc,,
I know that models such as e71 or e72 have a default recorder that can record up to 60 minutes per session which it would be more then enough for me if the N8 would incorporate a similar feature
I will buy Lumia 950 XL if i can record phone calls.
