Motorola Atrix 4G :: Around 20-30 Secs To Get The Signalbar Symbal Appear With ATT On The Statusbar?

Atrix is my first smartphone. I am very happy and don't have any problems with it (may be I did not do all the stuff with it yet ). Also didn't have any issues with the updates .57 and .83. Getting to know more and more stuff at this site1) Every time I wake the phone from sleep (turn the screen on) a red circle with a line is appearing on the signal bar symbol with no ATT on the statusbar and it is taking around 20-30 secs to get the signalbar symbal appear with ATT on the statusbar.2) When some body called me, they hear ring sound but I don't get the call for around 6-10 sec. I tried calling my phone from a another phone, same thing I hear a ring but my Atrix don't get the call for 6-10 secs.Are the above two normal?3) I connected my Atrix to a TV through the HDMI cable and I was able to do all the stuff with the opned app.
