May 6, 2011Atrix is my first smartphone. I am very happy and don't have any problems with it (may be I did not do all the stuff with it yet ). Also didn't have any issues with the updates .57 and .83. Getting to know more and more stuff at this site1) Every time I wake the phone from sleep (turn the screen on) a red circle with a line is appearing on the signal bar symbol with no ATT on the statusbar and it is taking around 20-30 secs to get the signalbar symbal appear with ATT on the statusbar.2) When some body called me, they hear ring sound but I don't get the call for around 6-10 sec. I tried calling my phone from a another phone, same thing I hear a ring but my Atrix don't get the call for 6-10 secs.Are the above two normal?3) I connected my Atrix to a TV through the HDMI cable and I was able to do all the stuff with the opned app.

I can change the shortcut from the menu fast enough, but can't change the icons under. Any body know the settings for it in the phone ? I tried to look in the profile etc.... can't see it.

BB Tour 9630 :: How To Change Stock Icons?
Jan 27, 2010I upgraded from a BB 8830 and I was able to change the icons (not the order) colorful icons. I have tried to do the same on the Tour, to no avail. The current icons are outlines of pictures the clock, the world, wrench, etc. The are the default stock icons and I can't find the colorful actual pictures of the icons. Also, I have not been able to download certain applications such as FB, GMAIL and the Weather Channel. I have tried every which way, but seem to be missing an important step. Anyone have any idea what I'm talking about?

One thing I'm wondering though is can the application icons on the bottom of the main (wallpaper) screen be changed for other applications? This is the default theme that came with the phone, btw. I've seen screen shots of this theme with different application icons. I set up 2 emails on my phone and now my phone has the Messages icon, 2 email icons, SMS/MMS icon, Contacts icon, and Calendar icon. I'd like to be able to switch these around if possible. For instance, I only want to see the "overall" Messages icon, and replace the 2 email icons.

Apr 17, 2012i have a problem with my bb bold 9780. the folders in the main manu keep changing their names from german to english (my selected language is german). e.g. the games and the application folder, the rest has still its german name. and also there appear new icons, some with a question mark in it (but on top it says sounds), some i don't know. it seems to me, that my bb kind of splits folders and than some of the icons show up in the main menu.
this started yesterday and so i updated my bb. after this everything was fine again. i deleted some of the apps that were installed with the update (Internet, myspace, ...) and after the restart there was the same problem again. i installed some new apps (slide lock, games, themes and password lock) before and some time after the problem started. i don't know if this has any to do with it.
