LG :: Install Access Net Front 3.5.1 Browser On Lotus Gen1?
Jan 14, 2010
Is it possible to install the new Lotus Elite Access Net Front 3.5.1 browser on LG Lotus Gen 1? It is much faster than the browser that came with the original Lotus. Is there anywhere from which to download and install this software?
When I had my 8310 curve there were a crapload of options in the brower settings and one of them was to select which type of brower it viewed the webpage as, (blackberry, IE, etc.)
anyways, I'd like to know if this option still exists, because I'm trying to access a mobile website but its coming up as the full website. When I tried putting an m. in front of the website it didnt work so I'm not sure how to access it.
Does anyone know how to access the Browser Configuration on OS 6's browser? I want to set it to Internet Explorer and don't know how. It seems to have disappeared. I knew how to do it on the old software but since I upgraded I can't.
the icon on the camera menu to switch to the front camera and back seems to have dissapeared after SE latest update using PC companion. How should I access it ?
I got the 8230 back in June 2009, but all of sudden a couple of weeks ago it died. So, Verizon sent me a replacement phone; however, there does not appear to be a web browser on the replacement phone. When I go to advance options and then to applications, I think I see what may be a file for a browser, but regardless, no "globe" icon on the main menu or in any of the folders. How do I find/install the web browser?
Recently transferred to a new 9900 and cannot access web browser or You Tube unless I switch off and on. Once switched on, I get good fast speeds but it does not last for long!
When i'm using the browser the Blackberry Logo Button doesn't seem to work. If I hold it I can switch programs but it wont open the menu where the options are. The button works fine with other applications! I tried wiping the blackberry but it's just not making any difference! I'm so frustrated, I only got the phone the other day!
Just typed a whole msge, then think I deleted it by pressing the back button by mistake, so apologies if this has gone out twice! I've had my 'curve 8900', 4 over a yr now & never had any major probs until now. I updated my phone about 3 mths ago, but as I had bn using my (dare I say) iTouch, I hadn't used my web browser. anyhow, whilst out one day, I had 2 use my BB as my itouch doesn't have 3G & my phone froze after clicking on the browser button & a strange msge came up which said "Uncaught exception: java.lang.illegalArgumentException" . I then had 2 do a battery pull 4 my phone 2 work again. I tried again at home, but same problem occurred. I backed up & updated my phone less than a wk ago, hoping this would fix it, but the same problem keeps re-occurring. I've searched the forums 4 about 90 mins, but haven't come across this same msge with any other user.
I am unable to access my browser and get the following message "Unable to connect to the selected Mobile Data Service, please try again later.
If the Problem persists please contact your administrator." I have pull the battery out for 1min and rebooted. Resent service books.
and gone into Options -->advanced system setting --> host routing Table --> enter --> register. I received the email through from blackberry, went back into the browser and I still get the above message.
p.s the problem has occurred since RIM went down last week?
I got this phone last week, inherited from a neighbour. Got new SIM from O2, as went on contract plan. Whilst waiting for my 'original' number to transfer on to this new SIM, I could access the browser on my phone, go to websites etc. No probs. However, since 'original' number ported over to this new SIM, I can't get onto the Browser. All I keep getting is a page to download Yahoo Messenger, which I already have on the phone. I've called O2 and we've done EVERYTHING - soft reboot, hard reboot, wiped the phone clean to factory settings, the lot. We've double and triple checked that my contract is correct and everything in between, but still can't get to the Browser and type in ANY web address to access the net.
Quite a few mobile versions of websites have a numbered list that accesses various pages. The idea is that you just press the number, and it will go to that link.I can't figure out a way to use this feature on the E72. Does anyone know how to do it?
When I try to access hotmail from my web browser I get windows live screen that says "we were unable to sign you in with your windows live ID. for help fixing this problem, please visit http://login.live.com on your pc. I have done that but can't see what to fix or change to correct this problem? I have been able to send/receive and be notified of a new email received for years, until recently? Haven't updated, changed or altered anything on my phone either
Is one week that I'm playing with my new E72 but I'm little bit puzzled about the usage of wlan connection. At home I have an unprotected wlan then I have configured with the wlan wizard the internet access point of my wlan and I have included the wlan profile in both internet and WAP destination and in both case with priority 1.What I have to do in order to allow the OVI store and the browser to use the wlan instead of WAP even if the wlan is available?
I wanna know how can i access a music file downloaded in uc browser, every time i have to go to uc browser and pay it from there, i want to copy it to my music to i can play it from there.
Over the past two days I have not been able to access my brower (8520 curve), can someone please explain why? I can enter a www address but it just reads "loading", the little black box in the top right corner flashes then stops, disappears and nothing else happens. I end up closing it the browser down.
Starting yesterday afternoon, I am unable to access an internet browser or open any link on my Torch. I do not have WiFi turned on. The device almost appears to 'freeze' when I am attempting this action. I have completely cycled off and back on....
My web browser works perfectly fine. But none of the applications that access the internet - such as gmail, facebook, market, etc. work. They show a "connectivity error" kind of message. am led to think whether there is some global setting that these applications use, which doesn't allow them to access the internet settings somehow?I did a factory reset, I also used the Sony Ericsson update service and did an upgrade to Android 2.1...
My main email account is with yahoo and although I've entered the pop3 and then the imap settings that yahoo tell me are correct, I cannot get the email set up on my phone. how to do this without having to access my account via internet browser?
I have to use two access points. One for Nokia Messaging and the second one for other apps. Although it's cumbersome I'm managing, but the native web browser always chooses the wrong access point without giving me any option to choose the other. How can I make it choose the other access point?
I can't download blackberry appworld, my facebook, twitter are not working, but I managed to download opera mini browser and I have been using that to access facebook, twitter and other web pages.
I have been traveling a lot recently and taking advantage of using the airport lounges to relax before boarding my flights. The Admirals Club (American Airlines), the Red Carpet Club (United Airlines), the Chairman's Club (US Airways) often offer complimentary wifi access, usually via T-Mobile. Typically what you do is navigate to a web page co-branded with the airline's logo and click on "Wifi access" or a similar link. The problem is that the T-Mobile hotspot categorizes the Bravo as a phone, not a PC browser, and never takes you to the specific page for that airport lounge; I kept getting sent to a page where I was supposed to log in with a T-Mobile username. I finally gave up and called T-Mobile hotspot support who pointed me in the right direction even though they don't sell the Bravo.
Open your Bravo's stock browser.Enter about:debug in URL field and press Go. No visible feedback is given after the command is entered. Select Menu --> More --> Settings. At the bottom of the Settings list you should see 9 items in a section called Debug.Select the UAString item and choose Desktop.Press the back arrow to return to the browser. You should now be able to access the URL that gives you the lounge wifi access. You can set the UAString back to Android once you're connected to the wifi, I found.
Whenever I try to access my web browser on my Motorola Electrify the screen will switch to horizontal mode even if I am holding the phone vertically. I don't want to have to reset my whole phone.
