View 1 RepliesI was using my phone just fine this morning. Then all of a sudden I went to use it and it went black and then starting rebooting over and over. It has turned on fully 3 times now but once everything is loaded on my screen it shuts back down and starts over. It has been doing this for over an hour. I have taken the battery out and left it out for a little bit and it still isn't working.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI purchased an HTC One M8 (HK edition) at the end of Sept so I've had less than two months. This past weekend it started rebooting itself approximately every 5 minutes. It only does this when it is using battery power, if it is plugged in and charging it is fine. Sprint did a factory reset in the store and HTC walked me through one via live chat and I'm still having the problem. The fact that it doesn't do it when it is plugged in makes me wonder if it is a battery problem.
View 2 Replies View Relatedmy phone has now starting rebooting by itself and it does it all the time. My friends Blackberrys are all of a sudden doing the same , they have the New torch so it seems to be happening with people with the new OS. I know its not just because of my phone as it started happening to my Bold 9900 and my friends phone at the same time . This is unacceptable so please can someone recommend what to do or could Blackberry tech support wake up and sort this out. You want us to buy your phones and this is the thanks we get. What's the point of a cell phone that doesn't work cause it is always rebooting.
View 1 Replies View Relatedi tried to update my curve but now it keeps rebooting and then saying linking java and the rebooting again. i tried to connect it to blackberry desktop software but i cant because it keeps rebooting.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI downloaded the new Bolt browser on .348 and after it installed it said to reboot so I did that. Ever since then my phone will show the Blackberry loading screen, then the red LED flashed for a few seconds and then it does it all over again. I left the battery out all night it did not help. DM shows no PIN connected because it obviously isn't booted.

View 8 Replies View RelatedWhy my Samsung Galaxy S6 920F is rebooting and freezing about 10 or more times a day?
- I tried to perform a factory reset + wipe cache partition;
- Tried to use it in safe mode - still had issues;
- It is even sometimes freezing on boot menu (power+vol_up+home)
I had stock 5.1.1 on it, but if I remember correctly, then it was happening also before 5.1.1, but not 100% what version I had. About 3 weeks ago I had same issue, but then after factory reset it was gone for 2 weeks and last friday again faced with this issue.
I had Facebook upgrade notification this morning.. only it hasn't worked. I've now got JVM error 545 in the middle of a white screen with the word reset underneath. I tried pressing the reset button, but got the same message again.I've tried taking the battery out and rebooting it again, but nothing has worked... now I'm stuck.I can't get my phone to finish rebooting so I can delete facebook and start again and connecting my phone to the desktop software isn't working either.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI went to settings and then About Phone. Subsequently, I checked for updates and after that I tried updating my phone. The file size was around 12 MB after which it proceeded with rebooting the phone. Unfortunately my phone is not getting rebooted after the software update. It is stuck with the screen showing "Samsun Galaxy S2 GT-19100G". The welcome note with the music screen is also not appearing.
View 9 Replies View RelatedSo for the past three days or so I have been having trouble with my phone rebooting itself while I'm working with it? Not in phone calls. But it has rebooted while I was unholstering to read a BBM Message, while I was reading email, once while I was using Docs to Go....Very irritating! I originally thought it was my theme because I have NEVER had good luck with themes on this phone, but removed it and still issues! So now I'm looking at BBM being the culprit but I wasn't sure if I could pinpoint the problem somehow? like using alt+lglg and finding the error in the java log? To bad I can't read jibberish! I saw a similar problem on another phone and the wiped the device and reloaded really don't wanna do that! BTW, I have not installed any new apps or updates in almost a month otherwise I'd point to that!

View 9 Replies View RelatedI just replaced the battery in my Curve 8530 and it keeps rebooting for no reason at all.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI swapped iphone with my cousin, for a blackberry torch, the phone not that old, 6 months max, but the last week the phone started freezing and crushing, so i looked on fourms, and ended up doing a fresh install off the Os and formated the memory card and did not save the old settings.
But the phone kept on doing the same thing, so i wiped the Os, installed the most uptodate Os i could find, and it still keeps on crashing and sometimes it will do this as the phone loads, as it finishes loading up, or after couple hours.
So its safe to say, it cant be a app, or Os playing up.
Also the main thing i have noticed if the phone stays nice and cool, the phone will work fine, but once the phone warms up a little bit, thats when it starts to crash/freeze/reboot, but sometimes the phone will not turn on after putting the battery back, you have to leave the phone for 5 mins or so.
Could it be a type off thermal cut off to protect the phone? or battery? But the only thing i cant understand is, the phone or battery dont get hot, just warm.
Since 3 days when I am using my phone it suddenly reboot and yesterday. I updated to lollipop 5.0 it rebooted again what is the problem....

View 6 Replies View RelatedJust today (16 days after I received my Lumia 1520), my phone now reboots/restarts continuously. I've tried the soft reset but no luck. I have not tried the hard reset - yet. I search online and this appears to have occurred on other Lumia devices and as far as I can tell, there is not fix for this.
View 24 Replies View RelatedIn the last 3-4 weeks, I've seen my Nexus 5 rebooting here and there randomly. He's not stock into a boot loop, he works just fine and then 'pop', I can see it rebooting without reasons.
I'm running stock 5.1.1, kernel 3.4.0-gbebb36b, Build number LMY48B. The phone is rooted manually, no automatic trick.
Does randomly reboots means something? Is there a way to see what happens/what happened like an event viewer in Windows?
Recently my phone has started to randomly restart and when it boots back up I see an error alert (!) in the notification bar indicating that the phone has recovered from an "abnormal reset" and the error message suggests sending the log file to HTC.
View 5 Replies View Relatedthe phone maybe 6/7 weeks ago, plugged into laptop, checked up to date, restored some data from S3 backup, installed a few standard apps, all good.. After two weeks or so phone starts randomly rebooting - not with any specific app, could even be sat on the table and you'd suddenly hear the start up noise. Spoke to EE Support, tried some 'resetting the network' thing from their end, no change. Called again and was passed to Samsung Support - talked me through a hard reset. No change. Posted back to Samsung. Came back a few days later saying no fault found but they wiped it, updated it and it's good to go. Booted and phone was crashing every time I opened Internet and a few other apps. Didn't get as far as installing apps or backup. Posted back again. Phone came back again, no fault found but same problems straight out of the box. Called and explained again, posted again, this time they've told me that the phone has been damaged and is beyond repair and included a screenshot of a screen saying 'Know Warranty VOID 0x1'.
After having a rant about their packaging and that it must have been knocked in their support centre (yes, that is my level of knowledge of phone rooting) I've just Googled and found it actually means that the phone has been rooted. The phone definitely hasn't been rooted by me on purpose and the only update I've run is through Kies. The only apps installed via Play Store. Is it possible that something that Samsung Support has done or asked me to do has changed this flag?
I'm starting to see a lot of automatic reboots of my phone, usually preceded by the phone hanging.This can happen when I go. to use an application and it might just freeze and reboot (not the result of an update).It also happens when the phone screen is off, phone is in "sleep" mode. I'll hit the home button to do something and have no response ... screen stays dark. I might hit the home button 1-2x more, but not holding it down or anything like that. After a couple of minutes, the phone will be rebooting itself. These are all full reboots ... I see the Droid eye, etc.

View 1 Replies View RelatedRecently I've been seeing that when I have my phone charging, whether it be on a portable charger or a wall charger and is just sitting there with nothing downloading, it randomly reboots. I feel the phone vibrate and when I look at my phone I see the initial boot motorola M. Not sure what can be causing this.
View 6 Replies View RelatedSo a few days ago my Moto X Pure rebooted on it's own in the middle of the night, which woke me up a 3AM due to the bright white Moto X splash screen, and I though it was a random one of thing but the yesterday it did it again in the middle of the night and now it has done it 3 times so far today. I'm backing everything up now so I can do a master reset in a bit.
I removed the 2 apps I have installed since then, there are no memory leaks as far as I can see, and the phone otherwise works just like it did when I got it.I'd prefer not to have to do an advanced exchange with Moto but I will if need be, especially since there likely isn't very many 'Like New' Moto X's yet in my exact configuration and I'll probably end up with another new one.
My Z3 keeps rebooting on receiving and making calls.not happening every time but every other!
