My provider (MTS) has the mobile hotspot blocked i recently went form Samsung to LG and with Samsung it was easy to change the apn to make the hotspot work and with the LG i can only make a new one.??

I got an LG4 yesterday and while messing around with it edited a few photos with no issues. Today I updated the google photos app to ensure that my photos were being backed up and now the photo editing options have changed and they will no longer save. When i click the pen icon to edit it has different editing options and every time I try to save a picture it says "unable to save."

I go online at the sprint.blackberry.com site to add my emails - it won't let me add this one - if I put in the info as an established email - it asks me for the server name. I talked to tech support a good 40 minutes with no help what so ever! I even looked into it like they may have canceled my email - but when I enter it as a new one it says it's taken. So anyone know how I can add my existing blackberry email account to this new phone/network?

Every time I took a picture, then pressed the small preview pic, it prompts you to choose an app to open it in. Up until last weekend I could open my pictures in a free, pre-installed app (I believe just called photo editor) which allowed me to add things like a HDR Scape to the photo and adjust brightness, saturation etc by scrolling up or down on the screen. That has been completely removed and the editing apps I have now aren't anything near as good as what I was using.

This only happens to me with one picture that is a screenshot. Everytime I click edit on it, the phone restarts. I'll try and edit a different screenshot or picture, and I won't have any issues. Ive tried taking a screenshot of the screenshot, and the phone still restarts. Ive tried sending it to someone else and deleting the original copy, and the phone still restarts. No matter what I do to create a different copy, the phone still restarts with this one picture regardless of who takes the screenshot of it and sends it to me.

I have a nice big SD card so I can use my phone as an MP3 player. but I find the slow process of making playlists on the phone very irritating!Surely there is a way I can add or edit playlists to the phone via my PC?I use iTunes to arrange my MP3s, the best process I have found so far is to export the playlists. open them in media player and sync with my phone. The songs show up in Newly Added which I can save as a playlist

First I had to change simm card so I downloaded contacts from my old sim to my BB before the Sim was voided. I am now working with the new SIM. I connected up to BB desktop manager and tried to sync contacts in a two way sync between BB and Outlook. The result on my BB is a disaster. I have up to 4 separate entries for the same contact. EG email address is one entry, home phone another entry, mobile another entry etc etc.Is there a way I can easily get atthe file, say in excel format, so I can edit and merge the contacts using my pc and then import the corrected file onto my BB?
