My wife's iphone 4 takes up 6GB of memory. I cannot figure out how to remove these photos because it is not synced to Itunes. I don't want to risk erasing these precious photos completely. However, she cannot update her phone now because all memory is used up.tell me the steps to safely backup and remove the thousand or so pics safely and free up some space?

when i open the photos app, it works fine does not crash. however when i close the app, then open it again it crashes and is completely unresponsive. this problem started since i updated my iPhone 5 to iOS7.1. Â
To resolve this problem, i have to terminate the app then re-open it again. but i dont want to hav to do this everytime.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI'm posting this because I'm nearly going nuts every time I send a captured photo by using my N86's built in photo sending option (I view the image and in the toolbar select Send with the envelope icon).
I choose to send my photo by email, and when I get to entering the email adress, I get 2 suggestions for email adresses - my old email adress and my new one. This is annoying because I quite often by accident pick the old email adress (the adresses are almost the same) from the list and can't understand why I don't receive my photo, until I check and find out I sent it to the wrong address..Is there some way to remove these suggestions?
My phone seems to have run out of memory - it is filled with movies and photos. Those photos have safely synced to my google online account picasa or photos. google .com. How do I remove them from my phone but keep them in Pcasa or google photo?

However, when I go to 'gallery' on my phone (with the memory card inside), these files can still be seen - i.e., their names and sizes (but not the images). View 1 Replies View RelatedI have a problem with my nokia n86, when I go to Photos > Captured photos and I "travel" by the months that the pictures were taken, for some pictures, the preview image is completely different than the actual image! For example, I browse the phone for some the pictures taken in september 2011.
Then, when I choose one and try to use it, or even if I enlarge the picture I chose, I find out that the preview is plain wrong. This bug is for most of the pictures I took. This is really annoying - I can't find pics I took and use them. I must move them all to the computer. Also restart wont fix it. And I tried to update the software but it is the latest.

My Iphone only has Apps on it. I already have the Apps automatically synced. I don't have Music or Videos on my Iphone4 since I have those synced automatically only to my Ipod. Having issues performing factory resets? My Nexus 5 seems incapable of completing it. So far I have tried doing a factory reset from the settings menu 4 times. Every single time it locks up on the erasing step. I don't mean it takes a little longer. I am going on holiday tonight and I'd really like it to work, its kinda essential.
I have never booted or flashed as its a bit beyond me and thats the only solutions I can find.
I have recently done a hard factory wipe/reset as well as erased my user data through Motoblur site, but when I turn on the phone it still retains all my screen layout settings, sticky notes and content, contact layouts, shortcuts etc...I would like to have everything reset to blank like the day I bought the phone, is there any way to do this rather than removing everything from the screen one by one?
