BB Curve :: Unlock A Password Without Erasing Anything?

I need to find out how to unlock a password without erasing anything on the phone. There are only 4 more attempts left out of 10. This is a blackberry curve. The reason I need to get into this phone is it was my sons and there are messages on it. He can't tell me the password because he passed away and as his mom I need some answers and contacts of his. I took it to verizon and they told me they couldn't do it because if they lost the info they didn't want to be liable.
I can't unlock my phone and I'm using the correct password. I'm at my final attempt to enter the password or ALL of my personal information will be lost!! I just got off of the phone with customer service and was told basically I'm going to lose all my business contacts & personal notes that I entered this morning during my morning meeting and that it's my fault because I didn't back it up! How the heck can I back up my device while during my company meeting? I'm the owner and I have many notes and etc on my device that I put there this morning! Now I lose money because I can't get my information. I'm so ticked off right now! Customer service wasn't helpful at all...he just blamed me for my problem! Never mind the fact that the darn phone keeps turning itself on and off randomly!
I forgot my BB in my backpocket and sat on it severally and found that the password had been attempted 6 times. It gave the instruction to type in "blackberry" and then the password which I did correctly, this is a password I have used since last month so I know I am not wrong. I have been unsuccessful in unlocking the phone but noticed the 4 digits entered now come up in readable characters on screen and not the usual asterix displayed when passwords/pins are entered.
I've got a problem with my son's 8520 When you press either the trackball or top button, the password screen doesn't appear to unlock the phone. I've tried:
The soft reset, the double soft reset Taking the battery out, leaving it for a bit then putting it back in. Plugging it into the computer, just results in the phone being stuck connecting.
I can't access the phone so I can't do a factory reset, unless there is some way of doing it with getting into the phone's menus. I'm not sure if the problem is related to a animated tropical fish background that he downloaded from the blackberry store, before the problem occured
I just purchased my Curve yesterday and I'm locked out of my BlackBerry today,During the update yesterday I backed up my BlackBerry on my computer.I entered a familiar password ... when I tried to open it this morning it kept rejecting my entry.Even the computer asked for my password to no avail.
hone is still down since last week monday ,am only charging it , i thought it will be resolved any time soon but still not resolved .it only ringing but when u press any button it does not respond.
so i just downloaded berrybuzz trail from a ota because appworld doesnt work in my country and i downloaded the playboy irish animated theme and i did a reboot because it said some stuff might nto work untill it does so i did but now it wont let me unlock it :s i can c that the alt keyt and caps work cause when i clcik them it shows that symbole at the top right but i press the unlock bottom nothing try to type my pass nothing doesnt even say pop up the box that says emergency call unlock etc. i also just upgraded to the newest offical OS
I set a screen lock code today and used it several time with no problems. Tonight the unlock screen shows 'Enter Password to Unlock' but when I enter the pin code, it will not unlock.
I have an iphone 4 and it is now password locked. How can I unlock it? I connected it to iTunes and it says that it cannot open because it is password locked.
I wanted to shorten my original password from 6 characters to 4 so I went into Settings and chaged it now it reads my 'new password' as wrong and disbles my phone. CAn anyone give me a hand with this one??
I forgot my passcode and have tried to restore my phone using iTunes, when I click restore it then downloads ios 7.1.1 software update for my phone, but when downloading it keeps coming up with an error saying that the network timed out, error -3259. ive tried it on both my laptop and my friends laptop and they've both said the same thing even on different laptops and network connections, ive updated iTunes and it still wont work, is there any way to fix this or will I have to go to the apple store, and will they be able to restore it for me?
i got S5 and i have an issue, weird one.. i was on my device normally and then i locked it and after 10 minutes i got a call and tried to unlock the device after it ( i was using Finger print ) but it wasn't there, It's just " Enter alternative password " nothing else , there is no unlock with E-mail or anything, just the "enter alternative password" and actually i can't remember it so what to do ? it's lil bet weird but i can't unlock my device
Have an iPhone 4s, that belonged to an employee that is no longer with us. He put a password on the phone. I need to get into phone without loosing any of the data. I do not have access to the computer that he used to sync with itunes. How can I reset password?
