Jun 23, 2014I forgot my passcode and have tried to restore my phone using iTunes, when I click restore it then downloads ios 7.1.1 software update for my phone, but when downloading it keeps coming up with an error saying that the network timed out, error -3259. ive tried it on both my laptop and my friends laptop and they've both said the same thing even on different laptops and network connections, ive updated iTunes and it still wont work, is there any way to fix this or will I have to go to the apple store, and will they be able to restore it for me?
