Jun 4, 2012My 9380 version 7.1os is unable to get 3gIt is not my carrier or sim card because I am on a data plan and my sim works well in a torch.I am getting 3g speeds. However I am still seeing edge on the top right screen. Even if I perform a manual search for available networks I am only finding 2g. But when I put my sim in a bb torch os6 and do the search I will get both 2g and 3g.Because of this I cannot use the mobile hotspot option as well.I have tried almost everything my carrier has told me to do.

Apr 8, 2012I have a Blackberry Curve 9380. A few days ago I received a call and the "voice mail" image appeared in the top bar of my blackberry. I checked my voice mail, but the symbol did not go away. Since then I have not received any text messages. The text messages I send are getting through, but the ones other people send me aren't. Thinking my inbox might be full, I deleted a few conversations, to no effect. My phone is basically new and I haven't made any adjustments to it. I've drawn a picture to show what i mean: don't know if the voice mail and text messaging issues are related. I've gone a week without noticing that other people's text messages to me aren't getting through and I'm worried that I may have missed important messages. Aug 31, 2010I just had some apps signaling me that it was time to upgrade them. I went to do so and it wanted me to enter my password. Not sure why it wasn't automatically logging in as it had done so before. Tried the "Forgot password" option and it didn't have my email address on file. I then tried every email address that I have thinking I used a different one and could never get it to work. Went to the AppWorld website and did the same thing with the same results.
So then I figured I'd just create the account again with the email address being used for the BB (which is what I thought I had done before). I went ahead and set up the account, and submitted and I waited for the email to activate my account. I never got the email and thought I did something wrong. Tried again and it told me the username and email was being used. I still can't get the account to work and if I am supposed to get an email to activate the account, I haven't received one.
