I just had some apps signaling me that it was time to upgrade them. I went to do so and it wanted me to enter my password. Not sure why it wasn't automatically logging in as it had done so before. Tried the "Forgot password" option and it didn't have my email address on file. I then tried every email address that I have thinking I used a different one and could never get it to work. Went to the AppWorld website and did the same thing with the same results.
So then I figured I'd just create the account again with the email address being used for the BB (which is what I thought I had done before). I went ahead and set up the account, and submitted and I waited for the email to activate my account. I never got the email and thought I did something wrong. Tried again and it told me the username and email was being used. I still can't get the account to work and if I am supposed to get an email to activate the account, I haven't received one.
I am new to the Blackberry world. Just got a Torch 9850. Looked on the web site to register my phone but could not find anything. I am thinking that this may have occurred when I created a Blackberry ID. Also, I forgot my password with the BB ID. I believe my password is the email address they assigned.
i forgot my security password that the cellphone asks for unlocking the keypad what can i do in order not to lose all my informaton.i've tried 4times to put the password and its incorrect,i have a last try baut then it says that all the info will be erased.Is there a way to backup or unlock it..?I also tried wth the cd to backup but i can't because it needs the password.
i have recently forgotton my blackberry password and cannot reset it as i have to type in blackberry to reset it... this may not seem like a problem but the R button on my keypad doesnt work and i have no idea on how to fix this problem now.

I have been told I cannot save my data if I miss at my 10th attempt. I didn't backup:-( I said there has got to be a way, for God's sake Barack Obama has a Blackberry!!! My daughter has tried to activate BBM7 on her phone - this did not work as she needed to input her password (which she has forgotten) or her prompt question (which she has also forgotten) How can we regain access to her BBM account ?
I forgot my blackberry security password and I had key in wrong password five time, I was asked to key in blackberry number and I got only one more chance to get it right otherwise all the information installed on the device will be wipe out. 8330 Boostberry OS 5. Never setup a password for password keeper.. Looked at it once. Now it wants a non existing password to get in. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Bit of a noob to blackberry but not a noob to technology.

i have forgot my password for encrypted iphone backup. i have upgraded the os but unable to restore from the backup which is having all my contacts and etc.. can i get the contacts by any means from the encrypted backup.
My daughter changed her password and also changed it to disable after so many attempts. Needless to say she forgot her password. I called AT& T and they can not do anything.
