I have a Blackberry curve 8520 and I' ve put the password to try it ,but I dont what it anymore and is not possible to take it away. Also the Tim shop in Italy told me that is not possible to take it away ......is true ?

My fingerprint is not being recognized by my Samsung Galaxy S6, my back up password is not working even though I'm pretty sure it's correct but maybe i have forgotten it I don't know BUT the other problem is I can't access Samsung device manager online because my Gmail account I have created on my phone requires the 2 step-verification thing where a code is sent to my phone first for me to type into my computer but since I can't access my phone I can't view the code!

View 1 Replies View RelatedI just had some apps signaling me that it was time to upgrade them. I went to do so and it wanted me to enter my password. Not sure why it wasn't automatically logging in as it had done so before. Tried the "Forgot password" option and it didn't have my email address on file. I then tried every email address that I have thinking I used a different one and could never get it to work. Went to the AppWorld website and did the same thing with the same results.
So then I figured I'd just create the account again with the email address being used for the BB (which is what I thought I had done before). I went ahead and set up the account, and submitted and I waited for the email to activate my account. I never got the email and thought I did something wrong. Tried again and it told me the username and email was being used. I still can't get the account to work and if I am supposed to get an email to activate the account, I haven't received one.

View 5 Replies View Relatedi just updated my curve to the 5.0 or something. on the old setting i could lock the keypad with the left convience key and then press *A and the left green phone buttons. however on having updated the phone it wont let me do this anymore. Does anyone know how i can get it so that i can lock the keypad without having to type in a password to unlock it?
View 3 Replies View RelatedI need to be able to lock my blackberry with a password and I had to be able to just hold down the A key to do this, but after I downloaded the software upgrade to 5.0.0.508 locks the keyboard, not the phone. Also it's darn near impossible to unlock the keyboard with the mute key because I have a case on my phone. I have to pull the case off to get it to unlock.How can I get it back to just the password lock when I hold down the A key? I've tried to go into speed dial keys and update it there, but it won't let me change that one.

View 4 Replies View RelatedI've been trying to set up my email account through the wizard set up and have been largely unsuccessful. I read a couple of posts that have given a step-by-step process. My only problem is that I don't have an option that says 'Add account.' Here are the steps I've followed:
1) Go to Email Setup
2) Choose 'I want to create or add an email address.
3) Click next
4)Click next again
5)Then, I get a message which says 'Existing Users, to log in, please provide your username and password.'
I don't have an option to add an account. When I put in my username and password into the fields, I get a message saying please enter a valid username. (My service provider already set up my Gmail, and couldn't add the other one. I told him I'd figure it out)
I just upgraded to a BlackBerry Curve and was very happy when my Password Keeper just showed up, accepted my old password and had my database. However, the find function no longer works. If I type A, is says no passwords found even though I can see a bunch as soon as I open it. So how does one fix and non-functioning password keeper find function. It is painful trying to get to the ones that start with "Z!"
