if I go onto the internet to download music my BB runs very slow and the download fails...is it my BB or my network...and is the hotspot browser also on my BIS or does this use data?
Has anyone tried playing facebook games like the popular ones called Restaurant City?..Ive been attempting to play it on my N900 in stock mode <600mgz> (before where i still didnt know how to overclock) and in overclocked state<1ghz>, but to my disappointment it runs quite slow, and i mean to say waaayy tooo slow like the FPS runs 2 screen rate per second...
I do cross country so i run 5 miles every morning. I've been messing around with a lot of apps to track my runs. I started out with nike+ and i must say it is very feature-limited and not accurate (4.4% error after calibration) compared to GPS with the motionX app (~2% error compared to google maps). so far i've tried: -Nike+ -motionX GPS and i just downloaded Runkeeper and i'll be trying that out. Any other apps i should try? Runkeeper looks promising so far.
My iPhone 3gs (8gb) runs into a so called CRC Error once every now and then while I am on the phone. What happens? While I am on the phone, the entire iPhone crashes and reboots. The error log shows a panic log entry with a simple "CRC ERR!" description. When I just had the phone, this occured almost every time I was on the phone for longer than 5 to 10 minutes. I have sent it back to apple but they did not find anything wrong with both hard and software and shipped it back to me unchanged. After they checked it, I had no problems for a few weeks but today, it happened again...
Since I got the phone back, I did not change anything in the settings nor did I install any new apps. The only thing I can think of is that I enabled iTunes WiFi synchronization the day before yesterday.

I use BB Torch, have observed with dismay how the phone gets hot & battery runs low in 2-3 hours. This is getting fraustrated & hope some one in house has way out.Could it be my battery?
I've had the curve model 8530 for about 14 months. I charge it at night and un plug it and go to work in the morning. It stays charged throughout the day and only would run down - about 30% - 50% if I am talking on the phone while taking the train home (about 40 minutes). Since yesterday, it totally ran all the way down before 2 Pm without any unusual usage - just checking some emails occasionally. It was charged fully this morning and I took the charger to work with me and had to recharge it twice already. How do I find out if the battery is bad?
i find myself having to charge my phone at least once a day, its an xperia ray (st18i) how can i make my battery last longer? i've tried various apps to try and increase my battery life but none have been as effective as id like and i still have to charge frequently.
My phone has gotten to where when I am typing a text message it'll get so slow and almost freeze up and just stop and I got to wait and let it come back before I finish. I am running .131 on my Alltel 8330. Also, the 507 error I believe it is, happens to me a lot & I have had to completely reinstall the whole OS so many times. My battery doesn't really last very long at all. It doesn't compare to many that I hear about & my signal just isn't that great. Sometimes it runs good & won't really be that slow or lag but these past couple days it has been lagging bad & even with scrolling. Memory is NOT an issue I can reboot up with 45 & it'll go down to around 39 throughout the day.
I've tried .127 OS that my phone came with, used .131, used a hybrid before and tried .169 but the notification problem is too annoying.
Yesterday i bought Xperia Z5 dual, i like it, it is a fantastic phone, i liked every thing in it but i have one problem, THE BATTERY. the Battery runs out quickly. when i use snapchat in 5 minutes the battery lose at least 3% also in youtube and games. Wi-FI scaninig, location, NFC, bluetooth are off, the brghtness is under 40%. i don't know why, is it from my phone or is it a mistake from the company.
Just got my new phone, less than a week. Last night I forgot to plug in to charge and the battery died at 2:53 AM... (Still showing on the edge of the screen). Plugged it in for more than 2 hours now it doesn't respond to anything. Hold the power button and so on... Nothing.
does anyone know if this phone runs on the gsm network and cdma? this phone is with cyon i think? but i don't know if they are gsm or cdma.i would love to use this phone outside of korea if was a gsm phone.
I've experienced my TN765 shutting itself down because of lower battery power, even when it's plugged in via USB to a car charger.I realise that the battery will only charge if the device is turned off, that is fine, but it seems that it loses battery power even if it's powered. It's a very slow loss of charge, but on a long trip it can lose it all and shut down unexpectedly. And it isn't the charger working loose because the 'external power' icon is always displayed. It's a Motorola cigarette lighter plug charger. Is that normal and does it do this with the official mount or just on the USB?
I have an E52 and I can't turn off the WLAN. I set everything to off but still when turn on my home access point it connects to it almost instantly and the battery runs off easilly. WLAN scan is set to off, show wlan availability is set to never, and when it sees networks around it shows the two parentheses around the antenna in the main screen (( I )), and when it sees my access point it connects.
After update to ver 50 my 5800 battery runs down in a few hours, even if I make no calls, it also has become very unresponsive, hard to scroll, it was fine until update, I tried my spare new battery and it is exactly the same, no apps are running, wifi is off, and it gets hot occasionaly.
I have a BB Torch, which I bought new about a month ago. It works fine except that the battery has now started running out quickly (after about 16hrs from a full charge) , even when the phone is switched off overnight.
I have removed two new apps that I thought might be the problem (Add Contact and Data monitor app), but it has not really made any difference. I have since followed the advice on this Forum to dim the screen and reduce the timeout.
