Also can't renew expired music licenses on the phone after Belle update. WHen i attempt to renew a license i'm required to sign in. it recognises my account logon info but gives the following error: "We've changed - Nokia Music is now Nokia Music. To get a license for your music, you need a Nokia account username and password. Get one for free at music.ovi.com if you don't have one yet."

Jun 27, 2014When I open my music app ( the apple music app) on my phone, it keeps asking me to enter in my Apple ID password. It's not an incorrect password. And it happens every time I open it. I opened my setting for iTunes and it has my Apple ID username and password logged in mad home sharing is On. It did not do this until I had to switch to a new phone due to itouch issues.

Jun 25, 2014I have the latest Apple IOS installed. 7.1.1. I have one music album on my Iphone 5S. Now before I ever put music on any of my Iphones I have owned I never ever had this problem. But for some reason the Music App that apple gives us always overrides any other App I have bought that generates sounds or music or well anything that deals strictly with making sounds in general.Â
I have an App installed that I use to fall asleep to at night, it plays a bunch of different ocean wave sounds for a period of time that I set anywhere from 15 minutes to 4 hours. I dock my phone at night on my clock which is an Ihome clock. Now it doesn't seem to matter if I dock my phone or not it happens even when it's undocked so the Clock is NOT the issue.Â
Here's what happens. Step 1 I close all the apps running on my phone, yep I double tap the home button and swipe UP each and everyone one till they are gone. Step 2 I turn on my sleeping sounds app. Step 3 I hit play. Step 4 I hit the flat botton on top of the phone to turn off the screen, while the sleep sounds are going. The sleep sounds continue to play after this happens.Â
Now here' the kicker, before putting the music on my phone those sounds would keep on playing till the apps time ran out, I usually set it for 2 hours. Yah it takes me a while to fall asleep some nights and others not as long. After I put a music album that was purchased from Itunes on my phone, well about 2 minutes after I turn off the screen the Sleep sounds stop and all goes silent, then 30 seconds later that music album starts playing. I try pausing and closing, I've tried just pausing the music where it's at and hitting play on the sleep app again, I've messed with the Do Not Disturb settings and I still can NOT get the MUSIC to stop overriding my sleep app. Â
I mean I want my sleep APP at night not the MUSIC. Where are the Music controls to tell it to NOT override other apps that play sounds?Â

Jan 6, 2016I have recently installed Apple Music on my Nexus and use it via bluetooth to my Skoda Octavia Amundsen unit. When I play a track no album/artist info is sent. If I play some google play music first and then go back into apple music the metadata now picks up and everything works fine. Obviously this is annoying since I want my car to start playing when I enter it and I don't want to mess around switching apps.
I am not sure why it doesn't work at first but then works after google play music has been used for a few seconds.

Feb 3, 2010I formatted, then put a couple of songs on it to test it out. The phone recognized and played them, so then I added the rest of my music to the memory card. There's about 14 gb on the card now, so it's almost full. The phone also accurately tells me that there's about 14gb of the memory card that's occupied. BUT The music player now only puts a small portion of all those songs into its playlist, I would say it only plays about 2 gb out of the total 14 gb. I also cannot choose which songs get put on the playlist. I am on Telus, NOT Verizon, by the way. Why can't I access ALL my music in the music player?
Is there a maximum to the number of songs in the mp3 playlist that I wasn't aware of? Did I buy the wrong memory card?

May 23, 2010I was using msu and p2k commander to transfer music to the phone. I got about 20 songs that are in mp3 format over to the phone when p2k commander disconnected the phone. Now I shut down the phone and turned it back on and now I can no longer access the v cast or my music. I have music on the memory card and phone, but it will not let me play any of them. So here is what I have tried to do to correct the problem. I did a reset and a master clear and that did not help. I tried to reformat the memory card #3457* and that did not do anything just display the numbers that I just showed you. Any help or point it the right directions would really help out. I am about to do a flash and a reinstall of the Verizon firmware to see if that would help. If I don't need to install that firmware please let me know. Feb 8, 2010I'm using a Nokia 5130c-2 v 6.93 and I'm frequently facing a problem is "out of memory error" while using some games or applications. I had got 22 MB free in phone memory and 100 MB in memory card. I don't think any mobile game uses that much memory so what might be the reason??
Second thing is while trying to use some 3rd party application/software when I tries to access Application Access> Data Access> Read User Data> then I'm able to access only 2 options out of 4 available. I can open them from ES File Explorer fine. Same with Music, I can open /sdcard/Music and all my music is there but when I open the Music App, it reports"You don't have any music in your library." I can open any song from the file explorer.Also I can no longer see any files in storage when I connect my Xoom via USB to my Win7 pc, the internal storage shows up but is empty.
