Aug 9, 2010I'm looking to order an iPhone 4 online, and the Apple Store still says the estimated wait time is 3 weeks. To anyone who's ordered one recently: is this accurate?

Jul 22, 2010I got MobileMe from ATT the day I ordered my iPhone4, and I just send in the rebate today. Does anyone who has did this before know how long it takes to receive the $30 rebate? Also is it an Apple gift card or is it actualy a check? Thanks!

When entering an pattern to unlock the phone, and you accidentally enter it wrong, you have to wait 30 second each try.
I've searched through the manual and online, but I can't seem to find a way to disable or extend this feature to 3 try's.

Jun 20, 2010My father-in-law is a security consultant for a very well known worldwide agency and he recommends that I hire a body guard for the first several weeks of iPhone 4 ownership. Also, I've been told that the Fed-Ex plane en route to the U.S. will be escorted by heavily armed Sikorsky RAH-66 Comanche Stealth Helicopters. Steve what's his buckets has personally asked for these helicopters himself.
These are the most sophisticated helicopters on the planet. Normally they are painted black or white. I've been told that there won't be any white birds available for this mission though. Wow, that's really freaky. Anyone see a pattern here? The Illuminati periodically reveals itself and I think that's what were seeing with this version of the iPhone launch. It's a little scary.

Jun 2, 2012Some of the apps on my iPhone are much larger size-wise than claimed on their app page. Example: Wallpapers HD claims 4.4 MB, but the actual size on my phone is 4.9 GB! Pinterest & Facebook also end up being huge real estate hogs. How do I really know the size of an app? The apps don't represent themselves accurately in the app store.
I figured out that 2 of my podcast apps allow me to remove content after listening. Others don't, though.

It doesn' really affect the camera but it just bugs me that it's there and i've compared with other 4s' and it's not there. Any insight or ideas as to why this shutter-looking thing is over my camera lens?

Apr 6, 2010well currently im with verizon and my contract ends may 28th. i really want the iphone because im not crazy about my lg touch screen compared to my itouch. anyways, should i just go ahead and switch to at&t and get the 3gs? my thought is that it would probably be smart to get the 3gs and wait until the 4gs or the second 4g comes out so they work out all of the nit pics. plus the pics i saw look like the top of the 4g is thicker than the bottom, anyone else notice this? i dont need the video chat, and 16gb will be fine because i have a 64gb itouch for my music.lmk what you guys think. and how is at&t compared to verizon? also how much per month are your guys' plans?

May 24, 2010i'm trying to upgrade from my current 3G iphone to a faster iphone. I use my iphone as my main internet device (i have my laptop, but most often use the web on my iphone). The 3G is almost unbearable when it comes to things like web browsing. It's SOOO slow, especially compared to the 3GS. I'm trying to decide whether to get the 3GS now, or wait until the next gen iphone. The 3GS is pretty dang fast, so much more than my 3G. But the next gen iphone might have that cortex A8 processor and more ram. If that's the case, do you think we might see ipad like speeds on the next iphone. Worth waiting for?

Aug 3, 2010I am currently abroad from the States and will return on 14th Aug. When I get back I want to make sure that I can get the iPhone 4 relatively soon afterwards. However, I called the closest Apple Store and they do not do priority lists. They said call back every morning to see if they received a new shipment and if so, they can't hold any. Not even for 30 min.
Do some Apple Stores really not have wait lists? What do you recommend?
IPhone 5s :: Have To Wait Before Swipe After Unlock Animation Is Done
Sep 3, 2014I use the iPhone 5s with iOS 7.1.2. When I unlock the phone with my finger print, there is an animation where the icons move from the edges towards the center of the screen. After this animation is done, I have to wait approximately an entire second before I can swipe left/right on the touch screen in order to get to the apps on the other screens. Simple 'quick' tasks such as checking on emails will take far longer.

The last one was 20120214.The best Apple "support" could offer was to rebuild as a new iPhone each time.So, with "Other" growing in 6 weeks from <1GB to 5.3 today (when it filled my phone's memory), is there any way to stop this?
