BB Curve :: Removing (Mobile) In SMS Name Header?
Jul 20, 2011I just updated my Blackberry Curve, and it now displays.. (Mobile) next to people's names in my name display header in the Messages application. I find it uneccessary especially since all SMS/MMS are through Mobile numbers anyways, is there anyway to disable this?

Dec 6, 2012My problem is with my Blackberry 3G 9300...Most of my pictures cannot be opened.the ones that cannot be opened have a file extention ending in .rem(for example IMG10122012.jpg.rem)I don't ever connect my phone to a PC or any other device...I have been told that it is a cause of encryption. I have since then put the encryption off but nothing seems to work...I even created new folders directly on device to try and transfer from Media Card to Device but this message appears:'error decrypting header'If I put the encryption back on and try to rename nothing happens... nothing I do will convert my pictures back to its orginal format ( .jpg)..

May 13, 2012I updated my phone recently and now my emails wont open at all. it goes to a blank screen with refresh and new button at the bottom then just shuts down to the home screen. All of my email accounts are set up correctly and were working fine before, heck they worked up until about a week later.

Jun 25, 2012I just upgraded from ios ver 4.something to 5.1.1 on my Iphone 4. I can't open any mail attachments (Jpegs, excel, pdf's). When I click on an attachment it shows that it is downloading the file and then when it is done, the attachment icon blinks and nothing happens. It used to work fine before - I have 2 gmail accounts setup on my phone -they've been on my phone for the past 1yr and working fine. Rebooted the phone by pressing home and power. I deleted the accounts and re-installed with no luck. I went into Mail settings and set images to auto load - no luck. Turned wifi on and off I desperately need this for my work - I've been using Safari to login into Gmail.

Aug 10, 2010I have my iphone connected to my exchange server and everytime I try to open an attachment the mail app crashes.I also noticed that if I try to do the automatic scroll to the top my tapping the date in the mail app that doesnt work either.Just trying to see if anybody else is having the same issue and if there is a fix.
