Ever since I updated my iPhone to 5.1, I can't press the play button to listen to my voice mail.Any know how to fix this problem? It happened to my mother's iPhone also.

I upgraded my firmware with PC Companion.I have been using my Xperia without any problem till the update for a year. After the update I placed my sim card, it asked for SIM PIN and the pin accepted. I waited for the region, chose it, then it poped out Please insert SIM and restart. I tried everything, reseat the SIM,checked my SIM, it is fine with other mobiles, wiped it, as I said before it asks for pin, then I went through changing the pin number, it said there is no sim card.

View 1 Replies View RelatedFinally got my mitts on one of these amazing phones and loving everything about it.However the euphoria is being slowly eroded by Vodafone's lack of support and knowledge of the device.Since taking delivery of the handset on 4th of March, it and I have been unable to find any firmware updates through the normal channels (Nokia's own update page, NSU and the OTA update search can't find any updates beyond the 1.2009.42-11.205.1). According to Vodafone the latest firmware for the device should be 2.2009.51.1.
I know there's a Maemo Flashing Tool available and have downloaded it and the firmware, but I can't get an answer from Vodafone whether this will void my Vodafone warranty.
I'm concerned that as it won't update now, it won't update when Meego hits the servers.
I have nokia N97(12.01) version 10.1.021 but problem is i m unable to update its software. I can't connect to nokia ovi suite with usb cable because when i connect the usb cable i dont find the option (pc suits) so that i can connect to ovi software. i was updating my e63 yesterday to v400 and at about 2 min left, my software updater roze and the phone stuck at blank screen. i pressed green, 3 and * button as it was xplained in faq, and i was able to boot up my phone. now, few things are missing,ike tiger woods game, facebook, Internet applications. they have shortcuts but not on the phone, maybe something else, but this things are noticeable. i can live with it, but what i can't live is connecting this phone to pc and sync, and future updates. ftware updater won't recognize the phone anymore giving me error "unable to retrieve device information". i disconnected the battery, tried to reinstall ovi suite and software pdater, but nothing works. today i took my phone to work, and was trying to run ater on this computer with clean install (never had any nokia software on isachine). same error message "unable to retrieve device information". the updater suggest to install updater (done!), unplug the usb (done!), remove battery for 10 sec nothing seems to work. well, the phone still works, even though i lost wlan in one of the restarts, but overall the phone is functional. i made calls, sent messages, installed few applications, listening radio right now.

The steps I've followed in the 3rd step fo update process (i.e. Install) are as follows with screenshots attached:
1. It checks for valid installation file (see attached "Installation file validation.png"). Since the update has been downloaded by it previously, it proceeds to next step.
2. It starts preparing to install (see attached "Preparing to install.png").
3. It show USB connection active screen with a windows notification saying "Nokia E63 disconnected via USB" is seen on "Install screen". (see attached "Install Screen.png" for "Install Screen").
4. Next with the same USB connection active screen, a windows notification saying "Nokia E63 connected via USB" is seen on "Install screen".
5. The windows notification disappears and the screen is still at the "Install Screen" (see attached "Install Screen.png").
6. Nothing happens even after waiting for a long time. Clicking "Next" repeats the above mentioned process from step 2.
Dialing "*#0000#" gives the following info:

For some reason, voicemail displays fine, but won't play when I hit the play button. If I move the voicemail to deleted folder, it works fine.
