Jun 25, 2012I have the iphone 4S and almost weekly, I have to restart my phone because my voicemails won't play. Is this a iphone thing or a network thing. My husband and I are with sprint.

May 29, 2015Any way to get rid of or disable visual voicemail on my Turbo? It is getting annoying any time I get a voicemail and the phone tries to default me to visual voicemail instead of standard (non visual) voicemail.
Also, is it now the norm for voicemail messages to be "read" as to the exact time/date/length of the voicemail? Or is that a component of visual voicemail? My messages often take longer to "load" than to listen to the actual vm itself since it is telling me what day it was sent, what time, how long, etc

Now if I call it, all the prompts are in Spanish, and I can't figure out how to get it back to English. My Nexus 5 is stock, non-rooted. I think it tells me to enter my PIN, which I do. It does not go into a deleted folder, it is just gone. I started paying attention to the dates of the messages, wondering if it automatically deleted a message after 30 days. But today my messages from April 12 were gone. I can't find anyone else who has this problem! Sprint is my carrier.

Jun 12, 2012I own an R800x, on 2.3.4, build number 4.0.2.E.0.57 (dunno if that's important), and subscribe to Verizon. Like most every Verizon subscriber who owns an Xperia play, I'm no longer able to sync with Google or pretty much anything else since the most recent update. I've tried talking to both Sony and Verizon customer support and they've both been equally useless, telling me to wait for an update which could be anywhere from a week to several months away, depending on who you talk to.Since I'd rather not wait for an update that may or may not be coming, I'd like to know if it's possible to revert back to 2.3.3, which worked just fine.

Jul 19, 2010Recently my c905a has become unable to playback certain videos, the last 20 or so i have taken. The videos can be played immediately after recording, but later if attempted have a broken film icon instead of thumbnail and if tried to play the message "Currently Unavailable appears". This is not consistent however, a few videos in the middle of the 20 are playable. Their sizes are all varying, settings on each video are the same. I thought that they were possibly not playable on my phone so i moved them onto my computer - same issue, E.M. Total Player fails to open the videos. I hope someone can help me with this. I was counting on these 8.1 MP to record some good material for an oral presentation and final presentation for the chinese class i'm taking right now. I picked up great material, the base of the two projects. These projects are 40% of my grade and need to be presented in 2 and 3 days! How can i salvage these videos? Every video lists appropriate size, what else should i look for? How should i go about fixing this?

Jun 23, 2012My iphone 4s has been updated to the iOS 5.1.1. Since then it will not play music or give a text message alert sound. We have restored the phone, we have toggled the mute switch, and we have rebooted using the home button and power down and nothing has worked. The volume does not adjust, there is no sound bar when pressing the sound control buttons along the side of the phone. When double tapping the home button on lock screen there is no sound bar. It will ring on incoming calls and the Speaker phone does work while in call. All of the volume controls will work correctly when the headphones are in music plays, text tone works, video sound works but as soon as they are removed it reverts back.

I have a first generation Touch, that has a flat back and it's harder to comfortably hold in my hand compared to the rounded back of my iPhone 3G. I never thought the rounded back would make that much of a difference, but it does. Any thoughts?
