IPhone :: Rotate Function - Where Is This Feature In Settings Menu To Enable It Again
Jul 16, 2010
I'm running os 4.01 on my IP4, I don't know how but my emails & web pages no longer rotate, I see there is a icon next to the battery meter showing a closed lock with a 3/4 circle, I never saw this before but looks as thou my rotate feature is disabled. Where is this feature in the settings menu to enable it again?
I am new to android phones, I cannot find the setting to enable or disable auto rotate. You would think that searching for the words "auto" or "rotate" might come up with something, but no dice...
I have it enabled But have been unable to use it. Does the other person have to have a galaxy s5 in order to work? on the Samsung website is says that it works with IPhone 6, but it didn't when I tried to use it.
This alarm is terrible! With my old phone to snooze I just had to press a button and it would start snoozing. In this phone I press the unlock button and it seems to snooze but it has just gone quiet! At 530 in the morning I am having a little trouble pressing the tiny unlock button then touching the screen to unlock it then having to press the correct side so that it will snooze and not turn off! There is a reason the snooze button is so big on an alarm clock! Is there any way to change how the snooze functions? I think I may be unlocking the phone and hitting the touch screen or something - is there someway to turn the touchscreen off at night or something?
I have just purchased a new BB9700 and I am trying to set-up my BES account but the menu is missing in (options, advances options, activated entreprise doesn't exist).Do you know how to enable it ? Is it a firmware problem ?
Can the Menu button on the home screen be reconfigured for another function? It seems redundant to me to have this and a Home button that have the same function...
If you have updated to latest firmware and Diagnostics (##634#) it can be worth un-instaling and then re-installing to reveal extra features:If I've helped in any way, a click upon the white star at bottom right of screen?
In the video settings it is impossible to activate the audio recording. All other settings can be enabled / disabled but the audio recording can be activated. You can click on the parameter, it is not frozen, but the option enabled will not activate.X7 model cell received September 30, 2011. I tried to reinstall the software, but this has not fixed the problem. No update is available either for the software. Is this a isolated issue where I must return the unit to exchange it while I'm in my 30 days of rembourssement or X7 offers HD recording without sound?
I just activated a used Verizon LG 8600 phone using the 1200n1200 plan. I need to find instructions on how to modify the settings so I can use the data function of this plan.
Today I've suddenly started getting a grey pop up with the following text:You must enable sleep mode in "Settings" -> "Sleep settings" settings screen.I haven't changed anything or installed anything new so not sure what's going on.
Does your Nexus 6P have an option to enable video stabilization on camera setting? My friend has the option on his Nexus 6p but mine hasn't. We got exactly same model.
I was trying to set the speed dial function by selecting call settings, then FDN. However it requested for PIN2. What's the default PIN2 for this phone?
I can't open the settings menu - it just keeps crashing.
It started today and the phone had been getting really hot and draining battery at twice the speed it normally does, so I wanted to check battery usage in settings, which is when i discovered the fault.
Whether I try to access it through the main icon or via the pull-down tray icon, it just flashed white as if it was opening a new window, then returned to the menu.
I figured it was a case of hard reset as, due to the fact settings was unavailable, I couldn't even check for a new software update. So anyway, I hard reset and the problem is still there.
What's weirder is for the first 40 minutes or so it crashed in the same way as before, now it pops up and says 'sorry this crashed, would you like to send an error report'.
So I did. the error report says 'report type: crash, package name 'com.android.settings' ....
Whenever I go into settings for any reason on my LG g3 after a minute or so they crash to my dual window screen. The phone flashes this screen and goes black sometimes before restarting my home page.
I have a Nokia 5800 Xpressmusic. And I have a problem with it. When I tap into "Menu-Settings-Connectivity" and try to exit from there my "Settings" menu locked up. It shows that "Settings" menu always running background. And I can't tap anymore "Settings" menu until restart my phone. How can I resolve this problem?
The drag down quick settings menu has disappeared from my Z3. Dragging down from the top with 2 fingers does not bring the menu down. Neither can I use the notifications at the top right to access the menu. However, I get to the sounds setting panel by using the volume button.
I have bought a Galaxy S6 Duos yesterday, and flashed XtreStoLite Deo-Mod v2.1 due to battery performance. Everything working just fine but the only thing is that there is no mobile network menu in settings so I can't enable mobile data. I have installed the quick toggle fix by Samsung but still no joy. Searched everywhere on this forum and google,
I bought an unlocked SM-920F Galaxy S6. In the settings -> wifi -> more I dont see any 'advance' option and hence can not switch on notification when there is a wifi network available. All the submenus there are : Add network, WPS push button, WPS PIN entry, Smart network switch, Keep wi-fi on during sleep, Always allow scanning, Install network certificates. Am I missing something ? Where do I get the wi-fi notification settings ?
When I try to configure settings for organizer into blackberry desktop software, send me a box the intellisync with unknown error reported, and can not do nothing.
