Jan 11, 2012After upgrading to version 7 I lost one of my email icon on the home screen for 1 of my email acounts. I am still receiving messages from that accont but they go to the general mailbox for messages, not my individual email box. My other 2 email accounts have their folders and icons available

Mar 25, 2010I recently got the new 3gs after my 3g broke. I dont have any of the apps i bought and i dont have them saved on itunes. (i thiyght backing them up on my computer was a waste of time, stupid me.) is there aby way to get my apps back? Would it have saved in the app store? It says to buy the app on my phone but im scared if i click that then log in that it will recharge me.

Apr 15, 2012When I upgraded my wife's iPhone 3G to 5.1, I lost all her contact information and she ended up with mine.
During the upgrade process, I thought it backed up her data. But it doesn't seem to be available to restore. Isn't that a normal part of the upgrade process and shouldn't it be available somewhere?
Unfortunately, she did not sync this data with any application.

May 30, 2012I have just upgraded from 3GS to 4S. I have been using iCloud on the 3GS for some time now. I synced my old phone the synced my new phone. But both my camera roll & photo stream are empty. Is there anything I can do to retrieve these photos as they are very important to me as I have just recently lost my Mum & Brother & most of the photos were of them. I thought they would be safe backed up on iTunes & iCloud but I cannot find them.

So when the hinge broke on mine recently, I bought a refurbished VX8350 in excellent condition. The only problem is the software version that's on the phone is 2.0 and the latest available version of the software is 4.0 which fixed several bugs on the phone and improved call and speakerphone clarity.I brought my replacement phone into Verizon today and they told me they no longer support the phone and no longer have the software upgrades for the VX8350.Is there any other means of burning my phone with latest firmware version the VX8350?

Jun 10, 2012after updating to the 5 version for my iphone 4 the screen went blank, nothing would work and the itunes said error. tried again and same thing happened. couldn't bring my phone back to life so did a restore on it. that worked but lost everything and the itunes said if you do a restore it will bring back the contacts on it etc but no. All the apps have gone, my contacts, notebook etc.I have tried syncing back to the itunes to pick up the music again and it will only do 1 song, then says there is an error and won't upload anymore, it just freezes. I have deleted icloud thinking that might be the problem as it was updated and was added. but no change.

Issue: After upgrading to version 4.6.0.282 the ring tone volume is very low, even when the profile setting has the tone set to High I often miss the call, I have tried turning on "Audio Boost" with no change, tried a hard re-boot, no change. Volume of calls are fine, it's the ring tones, I have the same ring tone in use as before the O/S upgrade so this hasn't changed, no other (new) apps have been installed, just the O/S upgraded. I can't find any sort of master volume control setting in any of the forums is there such a setting, how do I get the volumes back to normal?

Apr 17, 2010I recently updated the software on my Blackberry Storm 9500 to version 5.0 and now i cannot send mms (though I can still receive mms).I have spent over 4 hours on the phone with my carrier (Vodafone) and they have no idea why I can no longer send mms.
