May 7, 2012I just turned on iPhone 3GS and saw notice to update it which I did. After updating the screen shows a iTunes icon and unplugged USB cable. Not sure what is going on and wonder what to do next. I've tried to restart by holding down sleep button and home key in various ways I remember as helping to start up an iPhone when it is stuck, but so far no luck. I tried to upload an image of the screen that I took with PhotoBooth and saved to iPhoto, but it will not upload for reasons beyone me.

Jun 1, 2012I have an iPhone 4, I believe that I have disconnected my iPhone from iTunes while it was updating (accidentally, of course) and it now says it's still connected to iTunes despite no longer being physically attached by the cord and will not load any other screen. I have tried force reboot and it restarts, yet still says it's connected to iTunes. The computer gave an alert, informing me that there had been a malfunction and that the device was now unreadable. I've had a look for a solution and can't find a resolution to this particular predicament. I am not adverse to restoring it to factory settings, although there are some pictures that I would like to take off it before doing so.

Mar 21, 2012I am trying to sync itunes with the Motoactv using the USB cord. As of right now I can see all of the prepopulated itunes playlists in MotoCast (ie 90s music, recently added) but none of the playlists I have created myself nor does it display the full population of music I currently have in itunes (306 in MotoCast versus 910 in itunes). When I go to sync it says the sync was successful but that 0 files were transferred. Is there a setting that needs to be changed or a different want to get this to sync. I am currently running Window XP, MotoCast Version 1.7.0151.0, and ITunes Version 10.5.3.3.

Sep 2, 2010I would have thought that the iPod app would have been a much better place to have Ping. I hardly ever use the iTunes app on the iPhone, it's hidden away in a folder of apps I don't use but can't delete.
The iPod app would have been much better imo and makes more sense. It's an app used daily by most people. You are listening to something on the go, you like it, you click to recommend. You can look up info on the artist you are currently playing and so on. Doubt I will ever use it when it's in the ITunes app.
