My ipod touch is locked up. It says to connect to itunes, but when I try to connect it to itunes, it says it cannot connect to my ipod unless i type in the passcode. I can't type in the passcode because it's lock up. What can I do?

Will a screen saver or 'display sleep' stop the remote from working? My mac is set to never sleep, but when I activate it after long periods of inactivity I notice that my Wi-Fi has to reconnect. I'm assuming the wi-fi drops out while the mac is not in use (though itunes is still playing music), and I cannot connect via the Remote app.

Changed my passcode lock from letters back to numbers. I know what numbers i picked for the lock but the phone won't let me in! Tried a number of combinations but none worked! my son attempted to unlock my Iphone 4 after I changed the passcode. He tried so many times that it disabled my Iphone. I know the passcode, but it will not allow me to enter it.
