IPhone :: Carrier Update Won't Show On It

Today I plugged in my iPhone to iTunes and it said a carrier update was available. My phone runs on Verizon wireless and it's carrier is Verizon 12.0. The latest update is Verizon 12.1. I aceepeted the update and it updated according to iTunes. Now my phone still says Verizon 12.0 not 12.1 I would like to now if the update did work or if it didn't how to fix it. Also I would like to know if other people are having this problem. This is my first carrier update on my iPhone that I have done.

Just plugged in my phone for a sync and I got offered a carrier update. I'm now on O2 7.1 running iOS4.

I've got an Iphone 3G updated to 4.0.1 and I did jailbreak it and unlock the network, but now when I open the Itunes I found a mandatory update for the carrier setting. My question is if i update it will I lose the jailbreak and the network will lock again?

I am from India just got a BB 9380 Curve. But its got OS7. I was told that it can be upgraded to OS 7.1 which has a lot of new features, like FM Radio, Mobile Hotspot, Wifi Calling,bbm 6.1, Faster Browser, Smart Tag Update, But when ever I open my Desktop software and connect my phone to my laptop to see if the update in available it just does NOT show me any update.

i was facing "Memory Full , Close some Application" in FW 71.004 . Before 71.004 version my phone work nice. But after 71.004 update its always shows memory full error. I'm Indonesian and bought my xperia mini pro 2011 in december 2011 -unlocked- in official distributor store in Indonesia. I use telkomsel as the telco provideri update around December 2011 (?) to 4.0.2.A.0.58.In February this year or close to that, there is a permanent notification to update the FW to x.x.062. because i don't have time yet, I just let it stay that way. end february I went to US and will stay here in US until next april.for cost reason in US I used AT&T.after using AT&T for awhile, i just realized that the update notification is gone, i try to check trough setting> about phone> software update.and it say my phone is up to date. my guess is the x.x.062 is not yet approved by AT&T or something like that.my question is this: "will the notification update show up again when I'm back in Indonesia and switch the SIM card to my previous telco provider; Telkomsel?i'm only interested to update the phone back in Indonesia, just to make sure i'm not messing with anything.

I love my iphone 3GS but I had to switch carriers, I paid $129.99 a month for unlimited min,data,text,picture,gps on my iphone and I cant believe Sprint have that and includes sprint tv also just for $69.99 a month.
I wish I could have a cdma iphone for sprint.
I hope Sprint and Apple work something out, because verizon sucks.
At least I have my ipad.
