May 27, 2012I have had my iphone for 3/4 weeks and since the beginging when i plug my headphones in i only get sound out of one ear bud if i slowly take it out and posion it right it come out of both but that means i need to hold the headphones in place to enjoy my music fully

Feb 8, 2014Yerterday, I had my HTC One connected to my car charger, and connected the phone to aux in (headphone jack). Suddenly the music stop playing and I saw the screen of my phone flicker twice. After that, I realized that the charger had gone bad (probably burned), and from that moment on, whenever I put on a headphone music doesn't play.
The phone recognizes that the headphone is connected because the headphone icon appear, but no sound comes out!! I tried it with Beats on and off and no sound comes out off it, but they work perfectly normal through speaker.

Jul 23, 2015I use Spotify as my music app, every time I set a playlist going and skip the track, at the beginning of the next song either the sound volume drops slightly or a different EQ setting kicks in as the sound changes slightly, it happens within a split second of the song starting.
If I let the song play to the end and the next song comes on automatically it doesn't happen.

May 11, 2015After the first day, the external speaker stopped working. I can hear sound via the earbuds, but it does not ring, nor have any audible notifications. Did hard reset, soft reset, several times, and still no sound. I have a replacement on order, but they won't have it to me for another week or more! Jun 23, 2012My iphone 4s has been updated to the iOS 5.1.1. Since then it will not play music or give a text message alert sound. We have restored the phone, we have toggled the mute switch, and we have rebooted using the home button and power down and nothing has worked. The volume does not adjust, there is no sound bar when pressing the sound control buttons along the side of the phone. When double tapping the home button on lock screen there is no sound bar. It will ring on incoming calls and the Speaker phone does work while in call. All of the volume controls will work correctly when the headphones are in music plays, text tone works, video sound works but as soon as they are removed it reverts back.

Aug 19, 2012Recently; within the past week, my Maxx is intermittently loosing sound from the external speaker. I've tried rebooting, reinstalling the OS, etc... so I took to the internet: [URL]. Pressing on the kevlar cover works for a brief time; but when I am missing calls or notifications, its a little late to be pressing on the back cover to make the speaker connection. I dropped my phone when I first got it (March '12) so the warranty center is going to claim physical damage and charge me full retail for the phone. I can't go for much longer with a phone that doesn't ring.

Under this warranty you should be able to receive a replacement set of the iPhone headphones if something stops working. In my case my microphone on my headphones stopped working, so I went into an apple store, met with a technician and traided out my iPhone headphones for what I though was a replacement pair of iPhone headphones. When I returned home I found that the headphones I was given were iPod headphones without the microphone or controls.
