View 5 RepliesGot a 4s. All of a sudden the podcasts I listen to are really quiet same with the music. I have to have it at 70 percent to hear anything in my headphones. Buddy has same podcast and it's so loud I can hear it outside his earbuds. Same headphones. I never noticed this before. I basically have to jam my earbuds super far into my ear canal to even hear anything. Sound check and limit are off.

I have a 16GB iPhone 4S which is only 11 months old (less than one year) and running iOS 7.1.1. Sometimes the sound gets quiet, especially if i lower the volume in Instagram...
This problem never happened when I was running iOS 6, but it started when I upgraded to iOS 7.0, making the upgrade to iOS 7 something I regret.

My earpeice volume has gone very quiet even though the sound level is up on high. Is this something i can fix or is this a warranty issue.

The volume used to be fine on my Samsung S6 but in the last couple of months it has gone quiet - even Speaker is too quiet if there is any surrounding noise at all. This was not a problem when I first purchased it about 6 months ago. Now, I just cannot hear what callers are saying unless there is absolute quiet where I am. My hearing is fine!

View 1 Replies View RelatedMy Z2 phone have started to turn on volume for notification and ringing volume by itself. I have gone through the settings and set all sounds to off, but after an hour or so, it is back to normal volume. Have had this problem for a week now. Have restarted the phone several times. Cleared all open apps. Nothing works.

I have had a white Z5 Compact for a week and have now noticed that the bottom speaker is much louder than the top, ruining the stereo effect. I am sure it did not come this way out of the box. I didn't notice until after the recent firmware update (32.0.A.6.152), but cannot know whether this is the cause of the problem. I went through the hassle of factory reset and the phone still has the problem. I haven't subjected the phone to any physical trauma at all and will be returning it.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI'm having a difficult time hearing people when they call, especially outside. The volume of the call is not very loud. Is it supposed to be like that I have the volume on max. Does the volumes setting in sound settings make any difference in the loudness of the caller? I have xLoud checked in the sound settings.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI have a Droid Global 2, and over the last 2 weeks, I've been experiencing call volume so low that I can't understand the caller. Checking the Veizon User Forum, I see theres about 100 people complaining about the same thing. Some people have had 5 replacement phones! Is Motorola working on a firmware fix?

I've had my iPhone 5 for about 6 months and its worked fine but the last few weeks the call sound has been really quiet. I can barely hear what the other person is saying. The sound plays fine for everything else though like music, ringtones, alarms etc. It definitely hasn't got the protective film on it still it doesn't have a screen protector on it either and the sound bar is up to the highest volume possible

I recently bought a Nokia E63 and after around a week of having it, the speaker went really quiet so I can barely hear what people are saying during a call and I keep having to switch it to loudspeaker which is quite annoying. Also because the speaker's quiet I can't hear my ringtone when I receive a call :/
I'm thinking of sending it for repair so I picked up a freepost return form from the Carphone Warehouse and it says to keep the Sim and memory card only but on the Nokia site the form says to hold onto the battery and battery case too?? Can anyone help me with this? Also I take it I send it back in the box right? With a proof of purchase?
I thought i had over slept my alarm but it turns out that the sound on my blackberry has gone really quiet. Even on full volume, its no-where near what it was like before?
