This is my first bb and I love it to bits...I have noticed that today whenever i receive a call I have the same caller id showing as the first person that rang me after I switched my phone on this morning...and that was my wife...so I have been answering "hi gorgeous" to everyone all day!
View 11 RepliesI had the tour first and since upgrading to .732 since the BOLD has the same software and i now have the bold 9650-verizon. When my phone rings the last callers name will come up first then automatically change to current caller.Has this been happening to anyone?

Recently I am facing this problem in my Xperia X10i. The recent caller photo gets recorded, and when the next call comes, I get the photo of last caller, though the caller number is the current one.

Having recently updated the device software to 7.1 bundle 2061(v7.1.0.714, platform 5.1.0.532) I have noticed that when receiving a voice call the contact name is not displayed just the number, unless you know the number then you can't be sure who is calling? However after the call has stopped the name is displayed in the call log, assuming of course that the person calling is in the contact list

Neither am I able to hear any voice from the other side nor the person on the other side is able to hear me. I hVe to disconnect the call and use SMS or whatsapp. Is there anything I can do to correct it?

I tried deleting everything back to factory settings using Wipe Data but didn't help. Also trying to plugin and out the headset several times but doesn't help either.

Does it with some more often then others and seems to be ones that i've added myself rather then ones taken from facebook. When I receive a call, it shows the incorrect caller ID, but the CORRECT photo of the true caller. Often it shows the last person that called rather than the true caller. When I answer the call, it then displays the correct caller.

Basically, any kind of call I make or receive (from phone, from head unit, from phonebook on head unit, typing the number in, etc) the head unit always shows "unknown caller" and neither the number or the name is displayed. If someone calls me on a land line the caller id works great and name appears as in my contact list. If someone calls me on a cell phone I get unknown number. I have tried battery pull and tried changing encryption or the smart dialing settings.

I downloaded the latest update for the Blackberry Torch (6.0) and I cannot charge my phone. I have tried to charge via a USB port and several wall outlets. I have removed the battery (following possible solutions found on this forum) - while the phone is on, with it turned off, and while it was plugged into a wall socket. It displays the charging icon for a few moments and then stops charging. Also, my phone does not always show the caller ID of an incoming call. I have edited my contacts list on several occasions to have each contact saved as +11234567 and 1234567. I have reformatted the phone twice since purchasing. I was so excited about this phone when it came out, bought it shortly after release.
