I was currently on a mod and it keeps on freezing so i decided to revert to stock. Now, when i wiped phone using recovery tool, it is stuck on SONY logo and will not continue to boot. I have also tried to go recovery but it won't.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI've tried everything.. I tried putting it into recovery, DFU, and it won't show up in iTunes. Re-installed iTunes, and the AMDS, nothing. What else is there that I can do? I've run out of options and i'm hoping I don't have to take a trip to the apple store..

I have an iPhone 4S that I am restoring from an iCloud backup. The estimated time is 6 hours. If I leave the phone alone, the screen goes off after a few minutes. Will the restore continue even when the phone goes on stand-by?

My phone said to download update so I did which then lead to the itune connect screen. I connected my phone to the PC and opened itunes which gave me the message that it did not recognize my phone and would have to restore factory setting. I tried to reboot my phone by holding down both buttons (no red slider ever appears) until it turned off. Once I turned it back on it went right back to that screen. I tried to restore factory setting and it gave me an error.
This is now know as the SCREEN OF DEATH!!!!!
Anyone know what's going on? I've already tried this[URL]did not work.
It's like the worst case of the Monday's on Wednesday with 5 meeting lined up and NO PHONE!

I recently traveled overseas and had all my calendar items show on my iPhone as in the new locations time (ie, they moved X hours so wrong, but consistent). So the Appointments stayed in my home time zone, they just showed in the equivalent time period on the iPhone calendar.Â
When I returned home, my Calendar on my MacBook reverted to normal (ie, all appointments went to the correct, original time) but the iOS Calendar has somehow locked into the other time zone that I visited for a week or so. How can I get all the appointments on my iPhone to show correctly without changing or losing any of them.

My phone is stuck in some sort of loop and keeps appearing to restart, then it just flashes the startup screen repeatedly until it dies. The battery is draining at a rate of 3-5% a minute. Started when the auto-push update happened about a week ago. I was able to get to the Factory Reset option screen, but I do not want to perform that because don't want to lose my data. There was no option for clearing cache partition.

View 1 Replies View RelatedWhen i dropped it, the screen went crazy and now I see a whole bunch of random colorful lines on the screen and I am unable to press anything. I want to restore the phone to factory settings, but when I connect to iTunes on my Mac, it is saying that I must enter the passcode, which I cannot do, because of the screen. It also says that I can't restore my iPhone because Find My iPhone is on. In order to turn it off I have to unlock my phone and turn it off through the phone but i can't!!

View 1 Replies View RelatedLike others, I tried the software update, and then my phone constantly got stuck at the four little circles at start up. I followed some instructions I found on AndroidPit:
1. From a powered off state, press the Power button to start your Nexus 5. When you see the Google logo press and hold the Volume Down key and release when the device vibrates.
2. Use the volume keys to highlight Recovery Menu and press the Power button to select. This will bring you to a screen with an Android on its back.
3. Hold the Volume Up key for 5 secs then release and a new menu will appear.
4. First off, you can use the volume keys to select Wipe Cache Partition. This will cause your phone to restart. once this is done, re-do the previous steps to get back to the same screen (the one that Wipe Cache Partition was on).
5. Highlight Wipe Data/Factory Reset and select using the Power key. Scroll down to Yes, Delete All Data and press the Power button again to select.
6. Your Nexus 5 will now wipe your data and reformat.
7. On the next screen hit the Power button to select Reboot System Now.
It has been 40 minutes now and it's stuck on 'Formatting /data'. Is this normal?
I've only had this phone for a couple of months and it was functioning perfectly until now I haven't rooted it or anything.
I am stuck on boot screen.. I went into download mode but I keep getting stuck on Setup Connection when I try to flash the stock rom.

Yesterday I updated my X2-00's software but I didn't have time to backup the stuff on it so I went straight to the install. I regret doing this because the tone I use for SMS messages (beep once) has changed and I do not like the new one!! It is too quiet and doesn't sound as notifying as the original Beep Once tone. As this is a tone not accessible through any of the folders in the gallery, people have had trouble trying to obtain this tone! Or would a rollback of my software work?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI haven't used my original Droid in about 2 months. The last time I used it, no problems. Booted up, used it, shut it down. I go to turn it on, and nothing... to be expected, dead battery. So I think I charged the battery. The charging light turns on. The backlight turns on, and that's it. It just stays like that. It either automatically does that when I plug it into a charger (car, home, or usb on computer), or if its unplugged, when I push the power button. Other than a black screen with the backlight turning on, I get nothing. This is not a stock rom on this phone. It's been a WiFi/Bluetooth toy for about a year now.I've tried powering it on while holding the "X" key, and it doesn't get me into the boot loader, just the black screen.

Now my phone is stuck in recovery mode after an update. I get unknown error 1403 after itunes tries to restore the phone for more than 10 minutes. Any way to fix? The help article for error 1403 just tells me to connect to itunes. Connecting to itunes tells me to restore, when I hit the restore button, it updates for a loooooong time then says "unable to restore, unknown error (1403).

I then decided to reboot using the home and off buttons… problem I have now is that it's stuck on the Apple logo and nothing will get rid of it!
