Nokia Music app doesn't continue to download under screen lock after WP8 update and fix for wifi. is this by design nokia music app not to download for offline mode when screen is locked?

Some files just say "track #" on the phone rather then the name of the song. On my computer I have them shown as song title, but obviously the phone picked up something different. Can the title "track #" be changed to the "actual title" and, if so, how?

On my phone, the music still goes on, but there's no output sound. The only way i've been able to fix it temporarily is to unplug the aux/headphone and pause the song, then replug and replay.

Please refer to Troubleshooting guide in Help".I have made a complaint on 30-Jul and still not able to download any music because of the pathetic service of Nokia I have lost more than 5-6 weeks till now (Including the same issue which I faced in March). My Subscription will end in another months time.
