Sep 13, 2011I have purchased IM+ Pro for my Torch 9800. The process I followed is the following: On the mobile device, I went to BB App world, searched for IM+pro. Selected to purchase this application. After select to purchase, I was given a choice to pay with Paypal OR let my service provider bill me for the product. I chose the latter i.e. Service provider to bill me. App world then proceded to download the app to my phone. Unfortunately there was a break in the down load process and now I can not continue where I left off. When I restart the download from scratch I get given the payment choice again. I received an invoice from app world to my email address. I can send it invoice if you want to see. Do I need to pay for the app again?

Why Does IPhone Refuse To Download Certain Songs From Album Purchase
Dec 4, 2014I've purchased several albums from the same artist and when I download them from the cloud to put on my iPhone, it will not download certain songs on some albums.Â
I assume its because the same song is on another album already on the phone and its trying to conserve space, however, I listen to music by album, not songs or playlists, so I want to keep an album intact and have all the songs downloaded even if they're on other albums.Â
Whenever I download them, it says they're downloading and takes the time to do it, but then when I go to the album, it does not show them on the phone.Â
How can I make the phone download all the songs on every album regardless of whether the song is on another album or not?

Aug 20, 2011I am not able to download music from my registered PC. The error which I get while downloading the music is "The download process failed to start. Please refer to Troubleshooting guide in Help".I have made a complaint on 30-Jul and still not able to download any music because of the pathetic service of Nokia I have lost more than 5-6 weeks till now (Including the same issue which I faced in March). My Subscription will end in another months time.
I have provided all the information which nokia support has requested including screen snapshots of the error and still nothing is done to fix the issue. I have been asked to re-register my PC and re-install the software couple of times which I have done but the issue still persists.
