I have purchased IM+ Pro for my Torch 9800. The process I followed is the following: On the mobile device, I went to BB App world, searched for IM+pro. Selected to purchase this application. After select to purchase, I was given a choice to pay with Paypal OR let my service provider bill me for the product. I chose the latter i.e. Service provider to bill me. App world then proceded to download the app to my phone. Unfortunately there was a break in the down load process and now I can not continue where I left off. When I restart the download from scratch I get given the payment choice again. I received an invoice from app world to my email address. I can send it invoice if you want to see. Do I need to pay for the app again?
Why can I make purchases in the iTunes Store but when I try and make "in app purchases" I always get the message failure to purchase cannot connect to iTunes Store?
I've purchased several albums from the same artist and when I download them from the cloud to put on my iPhone, it will not download certain songs on some albums.Â
I assume its because the same song is on another album already on the phone and its trying to conserve space, however, I listen to music by album, not songs or playlists, so I want to keep an album intact and have all the songs downloaded even if they're on other albums.Â
Whenever I download them, it says they're downloading and takes the time to do it, but then when I go to the album, it does not show them on the phone.Â
How can I make the phone download all the songs on every album regardless of whether the song is on another album or not?
If I download free games, it's ok. When I try to make a purchase, it fails. Then I try using the same SIM card and make purchase with my old K800i, purchase and download success. I'm using Maxis. What has gone wrong?

My 16Gb media card failed yesterday wiping out all my tunes, videos, and images. Repair of the media card fails the internal test and now I'm without media data storage. (1) how to effect repair, or (2) where to buy a new media card?
When I updated the OS, it nuked all my accounts and wiped my BBY clean, so I've set just about everything back up again.I set up my email account, and I am getting my email fine, but it won't send email. Every message I try to send fails with this error:"Message Status: Transaction error - failure at service."Do I need to set up the SMTP differently, because I don't see that option anywhere?
I have two email addresses set up on my phone, they are enterprise ones, I have always had access to send, forward emails for these accounts, now all of a sudden, I cannot forward or send new emails but can respond and am receiving emails. I called vodacom, they tell me that my account is an BIS and now I must change it to a BES account and reset up my account, but can only be done for the 1st of the month, and they cannot tell me why this has happened.
A month ago I bought a blackberry torch 9800. At that moment I was very happy with it, because my other blackberry (curve 8520) had to be repared. ut now my bb 9800 has a failure. At this moment the trackpad works on 1 part of te screen. So you have to activate the part of the screen by touchscreen. For example: you can scroll through the menu but not scroll to the sound profiles. Therefore you have to touch the icon on the screen. And sometimes the keyboard doesn't work either. The buttons: dial, menu, return and on/off aren't working either.I have tried many things. Hard boot, master boot and a complete new installation of the OS.
New here and a tad bit upset with my failure to synch the address book. I had it in originally, I used a 'skype out' product to export skype contacts to Outlook, then I usefully synced to Outlook, but had a bunch of repeated addresses. Found a solution to delete address book and to reimport from Outlook. Successfully deleted address book on BB. Tires to sync but now it fails to do so. I have reinstall 1, battery, 2, SIM card, 3 desktop program. The synch starts - to be certain- I even go so far as the option to approve the sync or snot. Then it begins to do the syncing and the countdown of addresses yet to by synced clicks downward, as it should, then there's a 'bink' sound, and then nothing, and I check my BB, and no addresses have moved over. I have tried SEVRAL TIMES even 'syncing all' I have arranged for the synch to be for the addresses only. I have arranged for it to be from the computer to the BB. Hopeless. Extremely frustrated.

Getting "Uncaught exception:java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException" when trying to access text from main screen icon. I can still text if I access through contacts / recent activity if I've been texting them recently. I've tried power cycling but still get the error.
I'm just about to purchase a new phone and would appreciate hearing anyone's advice on whether to buy the Nokia E71 or E72. I'm an Australian based photographer and will be using the phone for business and personal use and have decided on the E models because of their apparent success with email and internet capabilities. Main uses and features I need to work properly will be:
- Pop3 email acess for Yahoo address (with email client installed?) (Email is a major priority) - Web access/flash based websites - Alarm facilities - Calender/reminders etc - Opening/creating PDF and Word docs - Maximum battery life - Speakerphone - Facebook access - Texting (this is why I'm keen on the qwerty keyboard)
I've heard a number of good and bad things about both models (there are a considerable amount of complaints out there about the E72) but I'm bot sure which to decide on. Do either/both of these models read flash based websites? Apparently the processor in the E72 is twice as fast as the E71? And the data connection is faster? I've also heard that the E72 freezes a lot and the spacebar hangs and the phone needs rebooting... Are these errors likely to be rectified when firmware upgrades come out? How do I know when upgrades are available? I havfen't had a new phone for about 3 years so I have a lot of questions! Where can you install applications from and what sort of apps are compatible with these models?
I just purchased this phone online through TELUS and am really excited, however I spoke with some mobility reps about when TELUS may sell the projector accessory but they have yet to be supplied any ETA from marketing. I've been looking everywhere on the net and cannot find anything about purchasing this, I know it is refered to as the "Pico Projector" but even EBAY doesnt seem to have this to buy.
I know Howard had the projector with the IQ he was demoing in his video, so why can I not find it for the life of me? Any help regarding this would be great.
I was trying to sync the unit with my PC the other day to back -up my contacts and SMS messages when it prompted me to enter a password. I initially keyed-in the password that I inputted to the device when I got surprised that it prompted an error message (I remember my password really well and normally do not have problems with this.). Thinking that since I am syncing my phone device to my PC, it might be prompting for my PC password (as opposed to my phone password), so I also tried my PC password, again an "Incorrect Password" message. Thinking it might be some default password, I also tried 1234 and 12345 and still both failed! Now, I am down to my last try (4/5 tries already), or else "All information will be erased".Is the password being prompted my ORIGINAL phone password? Does syncing the phone with the PC "change" the password of my device to that of my PC? Also, since my password includes numerals, I am now suspecting that I may not have pressed the Alt Key hard enough to properly register the numerals? Although in the past, I didn't really encounter a similar problem keying-in my password that's why all this is a surprise for me.I am tempted to use the touch screen qwerty for my last try to ensure that I am typing in the right password, inclusive of the numerals. I just need a reassurance that the phone password is the same, and that syncing the devise did not change it.
I bought Sacred Odyssey: Rise of Ayden through an in-app purchase while it was on sale, but I didn't have space on my iPhone 4s, and now I can't figure out how to download it. It's not showing up in my iTunes, or anywhere on my phone. Only the free version is there. The only thing I can think to do is re-download the free version and try to re-purchase it, but the price has gone up from .99 to 6.99 and I'm not willing to pay the extra 7 bucks.
I realize that there are no free themes out there (without bothering with Bitpim etc) so I'm wondering if there are any LG Env Touch users out there that can provide me with a direct link to the area of the VW store that stores display themes, I just can't seem to find it.I'm no idiot, but this webpage could really, really use a bit of an overhaul. Every time I try to download an app i get a notification that says unable to purchase. Then it names an app that I have already purchased and use on a regular basis, then says and 8 other items could not be purchased at this time. Please try again later. This is the notification that I keep getting. It doesn't stop me from getting the app, after I click "OK" then if goes away and the app proceeds to download.
