I'm currently using a blackberry curve 9300,the problem is;whenever I try to download music,videos etc it always fail. I've been trying for over a month now but it keeps on doing the same thing.

View 9 Replies View RelatedI have purchased IM+ Pro for my Torch 9800. The process I followed is the following: On the mobile device, I went to BB App world, searched for IM+pro. Selected to purchase this application. After select to purchase, I was given a choice to pay with Paypal OR let my service provider bill me for the product. I chose the latter i.e. Service provider to bill me. App world then proceded to download the app to my phone. Unfortunately there was a break in the down load process and now I can not continue where I left off. When I restart the download from scratch I get given the payment choice again. I received an invoice from app world to my email address. I can send it invoice if you want to see. Do I need to pay for the app again?

View 1 Replies View Relatedi put my songs off my phone onto my laptop to then transfer onto my iPod i have been having serious difficulty with my phone, i cant receive pictures, voice notes and cannot download music. i have tried everything, i have deleted blackberry messenger, deleted app world, wiped the phone 3 times, taken the battery out a lot and also tried to restore factory settings (dont know if it worked). its really frustrating that i cant even download a song or receive a picture! please help because i dont know how much longer i can go before i smash the thing up!
View 1 Replies View RelatedMy phone decided to break last night. Literally, one minute it worked and the next minute it didn't. I have lost all my photos and videos as well as all the songs I had stored on the memory card, which is leading me to believe that the problem is to do with the memory. The memory was nowhere near full capacity however.
When the phone broke, randomly (hadn't been dropped, wet or knocked!!) the phone froze, I had problems turning it on and off, it was very slow and unresponsive. It wouldn't recognise the keylock being used. At one stage it didn't recognise my Sim. Also when I looked to see what Applications are open, there is a 'contacts' symbol open but it is labeled as "PBK2serverApp" as opposed to "Contacts". When I select this, it just takes me to the home screen.....
Every time when I switch on my phone it gives me an error report saying. "Java script error" would like to know is there something wrong with my settings ? I used to be able to download songs to my phone now half way through the download it fails or do you peheps know any wepsite were I can download songs for free.

View 2 Replies View RelatedOn day two of owning my X2 I got a error when it tried to read the external SD card. I called Verizon and they had me format it on my laptop. I did this and then reloaded my 4 gig of music back to it. Yesterday evening it did it again and now Verizon is sending me a new card. In the mean time I am using a 1 gig card that I had left over from my Storm. The first thing I noticed is when I transfered the music from my laptop to the 1 gig sd card via a card reader the transfer rate was near 6 meg. When I transfered my music to the card that is bad the transfer rate never got about 2.5 meg. I now notice after listening to music for the last 4 hours at work it never skipped at all. I had very frequent skipping with the original card. Another thing I noticed is the phone doesn't lag at all when I am listening to music.

Please refer to Troubleshooting guide in Help".I have made a complaint on 30-Jul and still not able to download any music because of the pathetic service of Nokia I have lost more than 5-6 weeks till now (Including the same issue which I faced in March). My Subscription will end in another months time.
