Lumia 950 :: Why Size Of Photos Taken Is Much Smaller Than 16 MB
Dec 6, 2015The size of photos taken by my Lumia 950 is about only 4 to 5 MB although I set it to JPEG(16 MP) . Another confusing point is that their dimensions are about 3000*5400 which roughly gives 15 MP not 20 MP!!
Apart from the size and dimensions, the quality of photos also do not sound superb in general, there are just fairly good, so I guess that something might be wrong.

Apr 23, 2010Spent a long time transferring CD collection onto pc using Ovi Player. Settings were for best quality rather than file size. Is there any way to transfer a smaller file size onto my 5800. Wanted best quality on PC but phone appears to be getting full.

It also says that I can't restore my iPhone because Find My iPhone is on. In order to turn it off I have to unlock my phone and turn it off through the phone but i can't!!

I regret doing this because the tone I use for SMS messages (beep once) has changed and I do not like the new one!! It is too quiet and doesn't sound as notifying as the original Beep Once tone. As this is a tone not accessible through any of the folders in the gallery, people have had trouble trying to obtain this tone! Or would a rollback of my software work?

This is probably a dumb question but here it goes, everything I had on my Tour isn't on the battery right? My replacement doesn't have a battery so I have to use the battery from my Tour. When I use the Tour battery on my Bold, it'll just act as a battery and just give life to the Bold right?
Another question, what's the original os on the Bold? Is there a new update or one coming up? I got my replacement because of the update that I did on my dm and now I'm afraid to update it from dm. Should I not do updates over ota?

Feb 11, 2013I haven't used my original Droid in about 2 months. The last time I used it, no problems. Booted up, used it, shut it down. I go to turn it on, and nothing... to be expected, dead battery. So I think I charged the battery. The charging light turns on. The backlight turns on, and that's it. It just stays like that. It either automatically does that when I plug it into a charger (car, home, or usb on computer), or if its unplugged, when I push the power button. Other than a black screen with the backlight turning on, I get nothing.This is not a stock rom on this phone. It's been a WiFi/Bluetooth toy for about a year now.I've tried powering it on while holding the "X" key, and it doesn't get me into the boot loader, just the black screen.

Jul 24, 2015About two weeks ago the phone died when the battery ran flat and when I tried to charge it with the original charger it wouldn't charge, so I connected it to the pc and after several hours it started charging again. The only problem is that it only charges at a very slow rate now, both via pc and via wall charger(Original 1.8A and even a 2.4A one), by slow rate I mean it takes around 30 hours to charge from 0 to 100%.
Having said that, the phone only seems to charge when it is first switched off. When I plug the phone to charger it does not detect it unless i first switch it off and only then it detects it and start charging. If i switch it back on when the charger is attached it still shows me that is charging but if I receive a message or two the battery starts draining all the same. I tried to change chargers/chords and i also did a factory reset and it didn't work.
I now bought a new battery and it still didn't solve the problem. What I am suspecting is that the phone is stuck in slow charging mode that prevents fast charging when the battery is completely flat. Also if I try connecting the phone to the pc via usb, although it charges(after switching it off), the pc does not detect it.
