my apple i phone 3 g was working fine no problems then it changed to giant letters and icons by itself, I was asleep when I got a text from my friend, everything was huge.I couldnt use the keyboard it was too big for the screen, I tried to change the font setting but could barely see it but did see it was still in the mimimun size font. I tried turning it off and back on, tried rebooting and its fully charged.

In my (XP) "Documents and settingsusernameLocal SettingsTemp" folder there are 445 objects that include the word "Zumo" in their filenames. They total almost 8GB. They appear to be artifacts of MotoCast left behind at every reboot. What are they? Why does MotoCast leave them behind and not clean them up on the "next" boot up? Can they be removed?

I like everything about my new 920 except vibration noise, and this horrid Nokia Maps app which is forced on us...Problems with Nokia Maps:Lack of integration with the rest of the operating system. Nokia maps is an island to itself. I click an address from a people hub contact, it opens Windows Phone Maps, not Nokia Maps. I click an address from a Bing search which has a dedicated hardware button, and it opens Windows Phone Maps, not Nokia Maps. I click an address in an email, you guessed it, it opens Windows Phone maps. Searching in Nokia Maps has terrible resultsI tried 3 searches today during the course of my day using Nokia Maps. Si Laa is a Thai restaurant I wanted to try a few miles from my house with an obviously unique name. The results I get are for Joyce Cafe, something in Germany and Slovenia. Next I try UPS in hopes it will find the company owned UPS Customer Center a quarter mile from my house. It doesn't find it at all, but does find alot of ups stores that are further away. I called Nokia about it, the level 1 techie tells me I'm supposed to have local street traffic but has no further explanation and has escalated to level 2...Nokia removed the Windows Phone Maps.As shown in the first point above, Windows maps is still clearly on the phone, but Nokia removed the tile for it from the app list. There doesn't seem to be a way to directly open Windows maps. This would be fine except that Nokia maps, which is supposed to be the replacement, is worse than Windows Phone maps in so many ways.There isn't a single reason to use Nokia Maps over Windows Phone Maps.The only reason I use it is because Nokia has seen fit to make Windows Phone Maps hard to start by removing it from the apps list.Nokia should leave both map apps available and in the apps list.
If Nokia Maps is the superior product, people will use it. Right now I'd say Windows Phone maps is superior in every way and that's a shame for Nokia who is supposed to be a mapping leader...

I have a blackberry curve 3g with version 5 OS, I have 3 icons stuck - 1 text message, 1 blackberry app world, 1 facebook.
I have tried a battery pull, and searching for unread text messages, there are none, there are also no updates for any apps, or any facebook notifications - I have reset my fb notifications from the fb app and nothing has changed.
They have been stuck there for over a week and it is beginning to irritate me.
I just got my Photon yesterday and really like it. One odd thing I noticed was that sometimes an application icon on my desktop will be stuck in a "Loading" state. If I click on the icon, it says something like the application is unavailable. If I restart my phone, the problem appears to go away.A co-worker that has had the Photon for a while now says that he gets this problem all the time. He says restarting the phone will fix the problem for that icon, but sometimes another icon will have the same problem.It appears to happen with any launcher (e.g. Motoblur or GO Launcher EX).
*EDIT: In addition to the icon being stuck in "loading" on the desktop, I noticed that if you open the Applications area, the icon for the application doesn't even show up.

When looking at Contacts on iPhone (5s), the alphabetized lettering on the right side is REALLY small. When I try to tap on a letter to jump to, 9 times out of 10 I open the contact on the LEFT that is nearest the one I'm trying to tap on the right.
Hence, is there any setting to make those alphabetized letters LARGER?Â

Also sometimes it takes a couple of seconds for the full word to appear eg on the personalisation page, it first appears as personalisa and then the final letters appear. Other than that phone is good so far.

i used to have a curve 8520, i figured out how to get the norwegian letters æ,ø and å on that one, but now its a bit harder with my old curve i also had a little ''menu'' dropping down while writing, where i could choose å on the A button and so on.
