i cant use some letters on the keyboard in landscape mode
in english it works very fine but in arabic i cant use 3 letters when i press on screen no thing happens i just dont know how to fix this.the 3 letters which i cant use is in the middle of keyboad in landscape mode
I had to buy the phone without my native language pre-installed, as I live in another country and don't go back to Russia too often, so I didn't get any Russian language support whatsoever. Is it possible to install Russian somehow? I'm fine with English interface but would like to have it for sms writing. (there are English, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese available which doesn't help much)

View 1 Replies View RelatedMy Torch runs slow most of the time especially when I am writing a text the words take at least 2 to 4 seconds to go on the screen. Also to change screen takes some time as well. Apps open slow as well. I have sufficient free internal memory not much apps just what I need to use, not much for games. What do you think may be going on with this unit. Also I try to connect to BB desktop to get updates if any and back up as frequent as possible, even battery pulls to get a clean restart.

When i go to Keyboard settings and "Use my writing style", under "My Words" there are none! And I've typed them many times. Tried "Learn from Gmail" and "Learn from Messaging" still none. When typing word by word and also gesture typing, none of my words come up. Why is that happening? I've tried to clear data from Xperia Keyboard app an set it up again, but no luck.

Currently, the Z3 is reaching rock bottom because when I'm trying to unlock the Z3 the touch screen works bad and it's difficult to get in!!!!!

It is quite a nice phone, with good internal memory and a very descent camera.
However it could benefit from being more user friendly. It is particularly difficult to write messages using this phone.
This is the case because more screen area is dedicated to previous "message conversation", and the soft keyboard than the current message.
In fact the more messages that I send to and from friends the harder it gets to write a new message!

As can be seen in the picture there is very little room available for writing the message.
I would like to change my phones settings so that previous message "history" does not get displayed.
Unfortunately I have not been able to find a way to turn this feature off.
Any solution is desirable, I will even give "patches" a go if they offer a solution.
i own an E72 with the newest firmware.But from the beginning it is very slow if i want to write an email or sms.if i do not watch the screen sometimes i finished the word or even the sentence but the phone is printing the second or third letter.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI don't have a nokia store any close to my place, so I cannot deal with it. It is this annoying mixed up letters when I'm writing. So what happened was that I updated my software on my nokia n97 min to 30.0.004. After the update , when I went to write a message , most of the letters are mixed up - if I press A it's Q and so on..It's really difficult using my phone since all it's messed up, and even worst- if I go on the web browser they are even more messed up then when I am writing a message. I really have no idea what to do. I already reinstalled the software at least 10 times but the same problem is coming over and over again. I don't understand why, when I did it trough Ovi suite, so it is supposed to be the right software. Is there any another place where I can download the software manually and install it manually?

I tried to enlarge the font in settings, but this enlarges only the font for the date etc, not the font for the titles of the events.

I just upgraded from iPhone 5 to iPhone 6. I restored all my settings. I have version 8.1.1 installed. When I am typing a text out, the phone is speaking it back to me. I do not want that turned on so I can text in silence. I am not referring to speaking and then having the phone relay what I am speaking into a text. How do I stop the phone from speaking what I am texting to someone?
