How To Play Video On IPhone 5s And Have It Display On IMac
Jun 20, 2014I don't own a tv. But I do own an iPhone 5s and an iMac. I'd like to mirror the video I have access to from my phone onto the iMac. How can I do this?

IPhone 5 Won't Play Movies Or Video
Jun 1, 2014Just curious, but have any of you run into this same problem or found a solution? I frequently have used (in the past) my iPhones to store videos or movies to take on the road with the family instead of bringing DVD's for the trip.  On every version of iPhone I have owned this was feasible. Not with the iPhone5 though. All i get is the audio now.

Nov 30, 2014What do I do to get my FaceTime to work properly? I can receive FaceTime calls and see the callers but I can't see myself and the callers can't see me, although they can hear me. Also, the video/audio sidebar next to the picture does not display. My FaceTime works on my iPhone 5s.

How To Play Video Simultaneously Through Airplay And On IPhone 5
Sep 1, 2014I'm currently using an iPhone 5 with iOS 7.1.2, and i require playback of video via AirPlay to a projector from here and it works perfectly fine with a wifi plug-in bought separately. However, i wish to have playback on both the projector screen and my iPhone, but iPhone only shows a TV-out screen. My teacher says it could be a mechanism for the phone save on energy during playback by choosing to only play the video through AirPlay and not on the iPhone Called Apple Support but i didn't really get the answer that i needed. Will this problem be solved if i used an Apple TV instead? Or are there existing third-party apps available that will achieve my desired effect?

May 26, 2012My iPhone 4 has not been able to play music or video through my speakers. It thinks it is still connected to my iHome, so it trys to play anything through the charge port which of course no sound comes out. Can anyone help me with this issue? I can still play through my headphones and it will play through my Apple TV if I tell it to, but I just can't get any sound to come through the speakers.

IPhone 5 :: IOS 7.1.2 / Won't Play Audio / Video Unless Plugged Into Speaker Via Headphone Or Port
Aug 26, 2014Without a headphone jack inserted, or plugged into a speaker using the port my iPhone 5 16gb will not play any audio or video. It just freezes the phone when you try to play something for about 5-20 seconds and then does nothing.Â
If a pair of headphones are plugged in then everything works perfectly. Same is true through the charging connector. My ringer is also currently not producing any sound.Â
This has been tested on the following apps and is the same on all:Â
- Spotify
- YouTube
- Facebook App
- Twitter
- BBC iPlayer
- Absolute Radio AppÂ
I have tried a a setting reset and a full restore. It does not matter whether I am on 3g, 4g or Wifi. I have had the phone about 5 months. It was a replacement from from my insurance company.Â

Xperia PLAY :: Display Does Not Work When Portrait
Mar 30, 2012Suddenly my xperia has stopped working when i try to interact with it when the game pad is not open. i can lock it, but on unlocking the display simply shows me a pixelated screen and it is un-usable. However the phone functions normally when i slide the game pad out, i can send and recieve texts, the display and touch screen work fine i'm not sure what to do and cant think why this would happen because the phone functions perfectly when the game pad is out.

Jan 4, 2012I have a 9 month old Xperia Play through Verizon, about a week ago, I started having this intermitten porblem where the display wouldn't wake up by using the power button or the home button. Sometimes it works on a single press, other times it takes multiple presses. occassionally it refuses to wakeup at all, forcing me to pull the battery. I have already tried a settings reset and begrudgingly follwed up with a factory reset, which of course whipped 9 months of data away. Neither reset process had any affect. Jan 29, 2016I have a few Vietnamese song albums with album names, song names and singers are all in Vietnamese characters (unicode fonts). These albums have no problem showing it correct Vietnamese characters when played by Google Play Music app on my HTC M8 (running stock Android 6.0).
However, when I transferred these albums to my new Nexus 6P, names of the albums, songs and singers are not displayed correctly. Some, or all, characters are "replaced" by some strange characters (looks like Chinese, Koreans... characters). This causes one album now become a number of different albums (sharing the same album cover, but different names due to its album names are now spelled differently. Same problem happens if you sort by singers (one singer now becomes more than one).
PS. English song albums are not affected by this.

Mar 11, 2010when i first got my blackberry curve 8330 october 2009, it played any video form Internet or anywhere really. it seems now that it has been updated with os 4.5.0.138, i cannot. it kind of aggrevates me. i should be able to play video like i used to be able too. my ohone also seems alot slower and i even keep it pretty cleaned up as far as deleting cookies and old texts and stuff. should i try to go back to an older version?
