I have an HTC Touch Diamond through Sprint. The camera randomly stopped working (just a black screen). Everything else works fine. I tried a hard reset and that didn't help.Is there anywhere I can get a repair estimate? I tried Sprint corporate and they couldn't do it.

We've had the LG Chocolate touch for about 3 months now, and the phone is great. A simple combination of music/photo/phone for people who don't need a full featured smartphone.Unfortunately, my wife dropped her LG Chocolate Touch and the screen appears damaged. I've seen repalcement screens for sale on eBay, but no instructions are included. Does anyone have a link to instructions on how to replace the screen for a LG Chocolate Touch?

I had to return this unit and received a refurbished one which I've been using for about 10 months with no issues but the windows update doesn't work.upon calling my carrier (Rogers), the guy told me they recommend I not update it from the handset rather I should do it through the PC.How important is updating the device? I believe the guy who did this for me used these programs to do so. Anyway, the problem I'm having is that although my phone is active on the network and I have a data plan active, I can't actually use it for some reason. I've entered the correct username/password (from what I've researched) and it still hasn't worked. I've tried to fix it myself for a few months to no avail (I came across the link about during my research and that's how I concluded that these were the programs installed on my phone). If anyone could help me with alternatives or maybe show me something I might be overlooking.

During the workout the UI became high latency and almost completely unresponsive. It would take 3 4 presses to the Power Key to get the device to wake up. When device did wake up, the CapTouch UI would not accept any swipe or touch gestures. I finally was able to power the device down hoping for a graceful reset. However I was concerned that I was never going to get to the point of getting to the power down screen. seen this issue on other Android devices and know that there are times when a battery pull is needed due to a deadlock or a process gone haywire.
View 5 Replies View RelatedI just bought the new Nokia 5233 phone.Whenever the phone is locked and I set a alarm. There is no way i can stop the alaram other than to reset the alarm manually by alarms-> edit.
There will be two touch buttons that apper on the otuch screen. One to stop and other to snooze the alarm. Even If press them, it wont work. The alaram keeps ringing. I even tried clicking on the green button and the menu botton at the bottom. Still no use. I cant even unlock the phone. Only thing i can do is press the red button at the end, which will snooze the alarm. After this, I have to manually change the alarm time.
The same thing happens even with phone calls. I cannot use the touch button that apper on the touch screen. I have to use the green and red button at the bottom.These problem come into picture only if the phone is locked. Otherwise it works fine.

I tried copying the MMS server settings off of a known good phone of the same model and firmware version but still, failing to send every time.Anyone have any really good ideas as to how to get MMS working again? Still on VZW, not cross-carrier flashed or anything.

View 3 Replies View Relatedi recently purchased this x10 thinking i could repair it. It show's absolutely no signs of life. Plus it has a cracked front digitizer. First thing i did was buy an external battery charger and another battery thinking that might be it..but it wasn't. Next thing i did was buy the usb to phone chord to use the repair features provided by SE, but the computer does not read the phone at all. I've tried following the steps provided by the companion software but nothing. I even tried holding the back button while connecting it.

I found, in another thread, that using the repair tool may solve the problem (it had worked for other users), so I figured I would try it. Unfortunately, the repair tool goes through a preparation process, and then fails. It says "the update of software has failed. Please consult a technician". And yes, I have mounted my phone properly before running the process - I am not technologically challenged.
What I would like to know is how can I correct this problem, if any others had experienced the same issue, and how they worked around it. I would prefer NOT to read all the the responses from people that have nothing better to do with their time than write hate-mail about this phone, and how you are going to go demand a refund.I just want to fix it so that my battery works for a couple/few days again, and I can run the repair tool to get my phone back to normal.
i have a xperia z3 (D6653) which the switch sends me the message of the software update failed. That make sure your phone is connected to the computer and try again.
