A simple combination of music/photo/phone for people who don't need a full featured smartphone.Unfortunately, my wife dropped her LG Chocolate Touch and the screen appears damaged. I've seen repalcement screens for sale on eBay, but no instructions are included. Does anyone have a link to instructions on how to replace the screen for a LG Chocolate Touch?

Feb 15, 2010Suddenly my Tocco started to play, when I press anything on the touch screen it registers the touch in completely different place, or doesn't at all. So, either you have to press ALOT of times to do anything or you just get angry and cannot do anything. I took it to local samsung store with my warranty, after a week I had it back and they said it was liquid damaged therefore you have to pay.What I though is, if it was liquid damaged (But I never remember to have any liquid on the phone, even a small bit) wouldent it be worse? Not just screen sensetivity. After looking on ebay I have found Digitizer with touch screen for Tocco, which costs 15 pounds. So my question is, would it solve the problem if I bought it and replaces, and if not, any way to sort it out without paying too much?

Here is my issue: I have a Touch Enabled game that works perfectly well on other touch devices (including Samsung SPH-M800/M810), but not on the newer Samsung Touch Devices A867 onwards.I add the JAD attribute: MIDlet-Touch-Support: True and it removes the Virtual D-Pad, but I am left with an 80 pixel high gray bar at the bottom. I have tried painting specifically to that area with no effect, I've tried set FullScreen(true) in my Canvas class but it doesn't do much.I can't seem to find a way to get rid of this gray bar. Have any of you come across is and solved it?If so, how?

I setup the mobile email for my yahoo account but can't figure out how to open jpg files that are either attached or emedded in the email. Motorola Motoactv :: It Won't/can't Repair Cracked Screen
Jun 28, 2012I have enjoyed my motoactv to a certain degree, despite portal failures, bugs, and the like, but my latest experience is very disappointing.Add me to the list of persons that has had the device fall and develop a hairline crack in the screen. Ok I've seen the other horror stories on the forum about support. My device works fine, but I don't want it to get wet now with the screen crack.
I opened a call, and since I am from Canada, I was given a repair location that is right in my home city. Perfect! However they refused to even look at the device, claiming they repair Motorola phones but not the motoactv. I provided the Motorola ticket number and explained that Motorola referred me to them. They couldn't care less and refused to accept the device. I regulary use a US address, and so opened up a new case; and shipped my device to the US. The *very* day within hours of receiving notification that I would have to pay to have the motoactv fixed, (This is not a problem for me.) I phoned in and requested that the repair be made, and provided payment by credit card.I have a Gran Fondo event in Mid July, and will *definitely* be using my Garmin. Looks like I have perhaps totally wasted my money on this device, although for now I can use it as an mp3 player when I go to the gym......
