Over the last couple of days, my Sensation has stopped appearing as a hard disk, when connected to either my Mac, or my PC.I don't get the pop-up message which normally appears, asking whether it should be disk mode, or charge only. And selecting the default in "settings" makes no difference either.I have re-booted the phone, but no change resulted.

i need help with my phone. I have the HTC sensation XE beats. The screen is completely black but it starts up and charge light comes on when on charge. Is there anything i can do. My phone provider wont help me and want me to pay a fee if they say its my fault.

I've tried updating to latest ICS from Android Revolution HD 6.5.1 but still the camera is not working. when i start the app... the screen flashes and then again I'm back on the home screen. Strangely, when using application "mirror" it starts the front camera... and that is working fine... and i've tried multiple apps from market for back camera...but its not working using any of them
View 3 Replies View RelatedA few hours ago i got a notification on my phone that said a new release of android was availble . I was connected via Wi-fi to my home router and downloaded the new version of android 4.0.3, and after updating the phone and it turned on again i couldnt connect to the router. I can tell that the Wi-fi device on the phone works just fine. Because i can find my router, and my neightbours. It aks me the password ofc. Then when i try to connect, at first it says connecting, then after about 2-4secs it says disconnected. When i look at the list of routers, it only says 'not in range', but that isn't the problem. I would say its not a hardware problem, but somehow a software problem. Because it was running just fine before the update.

I also have the latest version of HTC Sync and HTC USB Drivers installed on my laptop running Windows 7.When I connect the mobile to the laptop and select the Internet Pass-Through option, it says that the same is active on the mobile, but I cannot access any internet on the mobile. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall HTC Sync and all drivers a couple of times already, but still not working.

I want to take advantage of the screen size and quality but I cant figure out how to get the digital copies on to it.
Ive been using the Sensation since more than two weeks now.... At first it was perfectly fine but now Im having problems with the auto rotate... When i tilt the phone it does go to the Landscape mode however when i tilt it back it fails to go back to portrait.... Its getting a little annoying now so is anyone facing the same problem?
View 2 Replies View RelatedMy sensation is a few months old and loud speaker has stopped working. I took it to Vodafone who did factory reset and software upgrade which made no difference.
I contacted HTC and they sent the phone back saying its been water damaged and sent me a picture of red indicator. Now I can confirm that phone has always been its case and never been put in water, there are no signs of water mark etc.
HTC are not listening and I don't have insurance. I have asked customer services to raise it further.
I might be barking up the wrong tree. Is it worth doing anything else, may be contacting Vodafone again.
I have just bough an HTC Sensation, signed up for HTC Sense all seems to be working except 'Device location' says device finder is off - well, it isn't off, its on, but no matter what I do the location does not register. I have seen other posts saying that this feature is generally not working.Is this still the case or does it depend where you are?

The phone works great except for the fact that I now have an issue with a high pitched sound coming out the 3.5mm headphone jack which is connected through my car audio system, when i try to make a phonecall. My music plays fine through the same setup so not sure what is causing the high pitched noise when i try to make a phonecall.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have had the phone for about three weeks now. I am past the 14 day remorse period and I didn't start having problems till after this period... Sometimes the phone will just reset bact to the white HTC screen then return to the home page after a few seconds, it sometimes asks to send the error report and sometimes it doesn't. It only did this once or twice out of the blue but now I am noticing it is doing it more often now. The phone has now also started to reboot back to the white HTC screen then show the t-mobile red letters screen then start up. One time it was completely off even though it had battery power and I had to turn it back on. Just last night I was in the middle of a phone call when the phone just dropped the call then rebooted to the white HTC screen then said it recovered from a fatal error or whatever the message says and asked me to report it.

I have since updated the OS to 5.1 & I no longer see this option on iTunes when my phone is sync'd via USB cable. How to re-enable this?

You know when in windows on your pc. You look at C: drive and there is a kind of pie chart there saying how much is used. I know an SD card is not like a disk but it would be yummy to see a similar thing on my BB. Is there such an app? Or even anything similar?

I recently sent my phone into repair (Blackberry Curve 8250) as it was completely ruined. I took my SD card out as i have soo many photo's, video's and song's on there and didnt want to lose it. But ever since my phone has come back ferom repair, it picks up that i have inserted the SD but once it has read it nothing is saved on there anymore?I have tried formatting it, setting up the SD card onto the phone, more a less everything. But the funny thing is when i put the SD card in to my brothers Blackberry, everything is on the card!

I read the manual and understood that iCloud has a capability to store files (though I am not sure if it is talking about any files from computer or just the files manageable in iPhone). So I tried to access the iCloud. It asks me for an apple ID. But when I try to use my currently active apple ID it says, "UNSUPPORTED APPLE ID, iCloud requires an Apple ID that is an email address." When I created an Apple ID a few years ago, I made it same as my Yahoo email address, just without the <<@yahoo.com>> part. So I had to create a new Apple ID just to use the iCloud. I entered all my information including my email address. But the system tells me, "INVALID EMAIL ADDRESS, This Apple ID is already being used. If this is your account, reset a forgotten password at iforgot.apple.com."...Hey, I am sorry, but I haven't forgotten my password. The system doesn't allow me to sign in using my existing ID. And then, when I try to create a new ID, it doesn't allow me to create a new one because my email is already used. What am I supposed to do in this case?

I bought my 9530 refurbished and it did not come with a driver or installation disk.Do I need one? Can I down load it? My other question is, I just loaded a memory card.I already had music and pictures on the internal memory.Can I transfer my music and pictures from the internal memory to the memory card?
View 1 Replies View RelatedI went through getting rid of as much as possible and doing a factory reset to try and get rid of the problems.I managed to free up about 20mb, and then by the end of the same day I end up getting the memory full error messages again, which is stopping me from using phone properly. Unable to run most applications or recieve text messages.
