I'm playing with my Sensation for a couple of months now and I'm wondering how I can get the Premium navigation working again. It worked with a 30-day trial and now that trial has come to an end and now I need a navigation license or something, what is it?
View 1 RepliesMy sensation is a few months old and loud speaker has stopped working. I took it to Vodafone who did factory reset and software upgrade which made no difference.
I contacted HTC and they sent the phone back saying its been water damaged and sent me a picture of red indicator. Now I can confirm that phone has always been its case and never been put in water, there are no signs of water mark etc.
HTC are not listening and I don't have insurance. I have asked customer services to raise it further.
I might be barking up the wrong tree. Is it worth doing anything else, may be contacting Vodafone again.

When I try to check in now, the phone appears to be trying to update the places, but then comes up with the error message "There are currently network problems. Please try again later."I have tried removing my Nokia account, rebooting the phone and reinstalling it. This made no difference.I have also tried deleting the "Cities" folder and then reinstalling the maps via Nokia Suite. Again this has made no difference.

My sensation xl has random lag when playing music with the standard player, it halts for a few milisec and then continues. It happens about every 15 sec but also sometimes several times in a row. I've tried turning off beats audio, wireless and mobile broadband, turning performance power setting on, but nothing changed.

Now when I watch movie's or play games make phone calls or something simple like receiving txt messages or emails (or to put it another way, everything the phone was designed to do) the handset simply freezes and makes a terrible buzzing noise for about 4 seconds then it shuts off completely. The phone will then reboot. Sometimes it will crash again immediately and reboot again. I have seen it crash and reboot up to 5 times.

I've recently installed Real Football Manager 2010 by Gameloft, the game is made for n97i and is suppose to be played full screen. When ever I start the game, a annoying touchpad pops up and blocks half the screen. How do you turn this off? Is there another way to solve this problem?

It's very annoying because very often When I'm done typing, I see that there are like 5 letters missing so i have to chat very carefully. I was just playing a game, the phone got hot and turned off. I let it cool, it wouldn't turn on again. I noticed the blue light in the upper left stayed on and the phone was pulsing/vibrating a bit. I have been charging the phone for the last hour thinking that might be the issue. No. The blue light is still on. I tried removing the battery and SD card for 10 seconds before retrying to boot my phone. Nothing abut blue light and some pulses from time to time.

I have tried temple run, fruit ninja & load runner from play store & many more. Also would like to add, all games install properly without giving any error, but they freeze while playing.
