My sensation xl has random lag when playing music with the standard player, it halts for a few milisec and then continues. It happens about every 15 sec but also sometimes several times in a row. I've tried turning off beats audio, wireless and mobile broadband, turning performance power setting on, but nothing changed.
View 3 RepliesI dowloaded about 50 songs to my 16GB Motoactv. Listening today, random music starts playing. It is in MP3 mode and is not the radio. I scrolled through the songs on the device and music that I have never owned and never downloaded to the device is on the device.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI have had the phone for about three weeks now. I am past the 14 day remorse period and I didn't start having problems till after this period... Sometimes the phone will just reset bact to the white HTC screen then return to the home page after a few seconds, it sometimes asks to send the error report and sometimes it doesn't. It only did this once or twice out of the blue but now I am noticing it is doing it more often now. The phone has now also started to reboot back to the white HTC screen then show the t-mobile red letters screen then start up. One time it was completely off even though it had battery power and I had to turn it back on. Just last night I was in the middle of a phone call when the phone just dropped the call then rebooted to the white HTC screen then said it recovered from a fatal error or whatever the message says and asked me to report it.

Most of the people complain about the touch screen being unresponsive. Whereas for me the touch screen goes dead and I have to do a hard reset every time the screen goes dead.

I put my phone on silent and locked it. It then started playing unknown audio of some american man speaking ( it sounded like a cheesy advert) extremely loudly , and it wouldnt stop or switch off in the conventional way. I then took the battery out and it stopped. I have taken the battery out again since I do not want it to start going off while i am in work but obviously I don't want to have to do it all the time. Any ideas what happened. At the time my Wifi and 3G were on but not bluetooth. It's a Blackberry Torch 9800 and i've never had any problems before. Its worht saying that after turning it on and leaving the office to see if i could work out what was wrong with it, it didn't do it again, and i went into every folder/app and nothing out of the blue happened.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI have only noticed this problem recently and as I hardly ever use the music function on my phone it may have been occurring for some time. I first noticed this when I tried to use the spotify app, it would tell me that the music was playing but I couldn't hear anything. So I checked my other music and when I tried to play the files it said 'unable to play file type' even though I had played these files before, including one file that still works as my ringtone. Seeing as I don't really have a timeline on when these errors occured I was just looking for some general ideas for fixing this, it may have happened when I updated to the most recent android software (ice cream sandwich) I don't know.

I've installed the sync program and tried to connect the phone with the "sync" option when connected to the pc - "no device found". I tried connecting as memory card while hoping there were some folders with sensible names for putting music files into it, but no. So how do you do it my peeps?
2. When I first started up the phone I thought syncing it with facebook was a good idea... turned out not so good.. Now all my contacts are saved 2 or 3 times, and some of them with no phone number even, just their name. This is really shit. So, if I go from the main screen to "all apps" and "contacts" (not sure what it's called in english, but i guess it's kinda something like what i write) I managed to turn off the facebook thing there, and the contacts were removed from that list. BUT, when I click on the phone symbol in bottom center of the main screen they are still there, I also tried restarting the phone - no effect. Also, it seems like i can't delete them one by one either so..
And what does the expression mark with a circle around it mean? It appeared in the top left corner the other day.. something bad? Looks something like this ( ! )
When I go to the music player and select a song to play, I get a message that tells me to plug in my headphones. The issue is that my headphones are plugged in. I didn't have this issue a week ago. I was listening to my music just fine. I have rebooted the device several times already. The weird thing is that I can hear the boot up sounds through my headphones, as well as notifications. I just can't play music. I have the same issue with the FM radio.

View 4 Replies View RelatedI had CWM a couple of years ago but now suddenly Nokia Music says that this computer is not the registered one. It worked couple of days ago and is still the same one. I had to reinstall Win7 a month ago and had to register it as 'new' one but after that it worked flawless.
So those 90 days between changing of computer has not passed yet.
Is there any way to stop the music from playing in the Music App on the iPhone other than pausing or turning the volume down?

But when i play music in mini music player (xpress buttons) shuffle works.

The phone works great except for the fact that I now have an issue with a high pitched sound coming out the 3.5mm headphone jack which is connected through my car audio system, when i try to make a phonecall. My music plays fine through the same setup so not sure what is causing the high pitched noise when i try to make a phonecall.

I run 25 to 30 miles a week and the music player is really getting annoying! I've tried 4 different sets of headphones and it's definitely not the headphones themselves maybe something internal. Also on my second phone here. The first one started randomly resetting itself, also had skipping issues. This one only has the skipping issues so far.

I have tried cleaning the connections and I've tried different headphone. I have checked this on a Bluetooth speaker as well and I have the same problem with that.
