Feb 12, 2012I have owned a X10 for 1 year now and didnt have any problems until I updated it with the new Sony ericsson updates. Now when I watch movie's or play games make phone calls or something simple like receiving txt messages or emails (or to put it another way, everything the phone was designed to do) the handset simply freezes and makes a terrible buzzing noise for about 4 seconds then it shuts off completely. The phone will then reboot. Sometimes it will crash again immediately and reboot again. I have seen it crash and reboot up to 5 times.

Dec 11, 2014I was just playing a game, the phone got hot and turned off. I let it cool, it wouldn't turn on again. I noticed the blue light in the upper left stayed on and the phone was pulsing/vibrating a bit. I have been charging the phone for the last hour thinking that might be the issue. No. The blue light is still on. I tried removing the battery and SD card for 10 seconds before retrying to boot my phone. Nothing abut blue light and some pulses from time to time.

Oct 28, 2012I have a S2 on UK Vodafone contract even though I am currently living in NZ. My phone is a UK model.UK Vodafone have terminated the Passport service as of 1st November which means I now go on to NZ roaming which at �1.65/NZ$3.30 a minute is somewhat steep - I also pay that amount for the incoming call.I now need to block all incoming calls on my phone so as I am not tempted to answer calls at odd times of the day or night (quite hard when we are 13 hours ahead of UK and totally out of sync with them) and pay extortionate amounts of money BUT I need to leave the phone available to make and receive text messages.It is not as easy as to just get a NZ phone contract as this was my life line with friends and family in UK until my provider pulled the passport service so need to disable the phone I have.how to do this so as I can still send/receive text but NOT receive voice calls on my S2?
