I recently noticed something has changed when re-opening my SMS app. It's now consistent when every time i open it, it takes around 5 seconds when it's empty and says "no messages found", and all conversations suddenly appear only afterwards. Extremely annoying to say the least. Even did a factory reset to try changing it but still the same.

Have just got my new X6 and its great except that i am having problems with my connection to my bluetooth car kit. It connects fine and has paired with it but it seems to disconnecting every 25 seconds or so and then reconnecting 25 seconds later. Its driving me bananas cos each time it does it the radio cuts out. If i am on a call it seems to keep connection. I fell i may have missed a setting somewhere but cant find anything about this.
View 5 Replies View RelatedThe apple logo appears for 5 seconds then disappears for 10 then appears for five and so on. I can get it to the connect to iTunes screen but as soon as I unplug it from the wall it shuts off completely. A laptop with iTunes isn't enough to power it up.

Ever since the newest update (3.2010.02-8.002), I cannot see my conversations.I can see the conversation on the main conversation screen, where all my conversation are. But when I click on a single conversation...I cannot see it or any other SMS or IM in that conversation. Even conversations that I send cannot be seen on this screen. It is only when I go back to the page will all the conversation can I see what I send, but even that is lost when I receive a SMS or IM back.
I did not have this problem prior to the latest update.It is very frustrating not being able to see the history of my conversations.
My mic is gone. Been ignoring it for over 2 months. As I dont really use it for making call.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI just got my N900 today and have a problem.When I go into conversations I can see text messages I have sent/recieved, but if I click into one of the messages, I should see a conversation, but all I see is the text box to write a message, above that is just plain black, like the conversation thread isnt being displayed. The title bar above that is displayed no problem.I updated to the latest firmware and the problem still exists.
View 5 Replies View RelatedI've had the N900 for about 2 months, and just today, everything disappeared from "Conversations" even though I had several text message conversations saved there. Now, anytime I get an SMS text message, my phone shows that I have received a message, but they disappear, unless I send someone a message and they message me back, then that message will open as a new window in the desktop, but nothing at all shows up in "Conversations" anymore at all. Even when I have SMS text messages open as windows on the desktop, when I open "Conversations",it says there are no conversations. Does anyone know what might have happened here and how I can fix it? So frustrating to get a text message and then it just disappears!

Google hangouts not updating their conversations properly? Messages I send don't show up in the chat unless I exit the conversation and then go back in. What gives? Is this something with hangouts or the s6? Like maybe the ram management thing?
And while we're in it, is it me or did the Google keyboard get noticeably worse too? Auto correct isn't as accurate or reliable anymore. I also notice they've removed the aggressive auto correct feature.

All the messages in the Conversations are mixed up with other senders. 07.20 software update does not fix it. I just had my phone software updated, no go. I recently had my phone completely reflashed from nokia care center with the updated software, but still experiencing the same issue. The issue will be noticeable once there are a couple of messages in Inbox and Sent Items already.

So I had Swype installed on my N8 and did an OTA update to Anna. And yes after the initial install I installed the 4 other packages (Nokia Anna 1/2, 2/2, Ovi Store & Social). found that I didnt get a split screen anywhere. On Googling I found that split screen only works with Swype disabled. So I uninstalled SwypeNow I'm getting split screen in the search widget, browser, phonebook etc... but not in CONVERSATIONS (messaging app)

View 3 Replies View RelatedI'm trying to move from a Curve 8900 to a Bold 9790 and when I try to either switch handset or manually restore a backup, the BBM chats don't get transferred.
If I go into Desktop Manager and do a selective restore, I notice that BBM conversations item is greyed out, so I can't select it to restore.
If I try and do the same restore to my colleague's Torch 9810, it is fine, and if I then backup the 9810 and try and restore that to the Bold 9790 it is still greyed out.
how to get my conversations transferred? I currently don't have history enabled in BBM but I know enabling that now will only save new conversations and not the existing ones.
I have a Pearl 8130 and its been behaving well. However, for some reason yesterday I am now not able to open chats conversations as I always have. I see a new text msg in BBM and usually scroll to it and click the rollerball to open. Doesn't work anymore. I even tried the menu key and clicking Open Chat. Doesn't work either.
