HTC One M7 :: Phone Reboots Itself In The Middle Of Call
Oct 24, 2013I've had my Verizon One for three days. I was in the middle of a call and the phone reboots itself.

View 2 RepliesIm trying to figure out if i should just return this phone, this is my second bold, "auto focus problem was other problem". I've had this phone for around three months, three or four times it has happened, i will be in the middle of a call and i will hear nothing, i look at the phone and its locked up, then solid red light, then phone reboots. Phone works fine for three or four weeks. i never had this problem with my curve 8320. I think its a app that might be auto updating on its own but wanted to see if anyone else is having same problem.
View 4 Replies View RelatedThis is my fourth bold. Each one has had the same problem just shuts off in the middle of doing whatever just random reboots.
View 9 Replies View RelatedWhile I'm on a call, my htc pro2 will automatically go back to the main screen. It is happening especially if im calling an automated system because it makes me navigate back to the phone screen then have to pull up keypad again. Im not sure if I changed a setting by mistake. But it is very annoying.
How can I change it?
My speaker stopped working right in the middle of a call, I have reset my phone and powered off and back on And it still will not work, I can hear sound trying to come Thru randomly and goes right back out!!

It happened again today. I picked up the phone to make a call and it was in the middle of rebooting. It had been sitting idle for over an hour.I rebooted it myself the night before just prior to connecting it to the charger.

I am using a Torch 9860 with OS 7.1.0.1646. The battery backup doesnt ever las one day with calling as low as 30 minutes and minimum use of applications. Moreover the phone reboots at least once during the day on recieving a call.
View 3 Replies View RelatedMy nexus 6p has worked fine for months however I woke up yesterday morning to find it would not play a video on YouTube. Continuing to use it I noticed the following symptoms:Wont play videos of any kind (youtube, Facebook etc)Speakers do not work at all phone hangs and will not connect during incoming or outgoing calls. The call may connect after several minutes of the screen hanging on the blue calling screen however speakers don't work anyway.Phone restarts itself randomly.I have tried a hard reset from recovery, wiped cache, booted to safe mode etc with no change. The phone is bone stock and has not been rooted.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have been through the factory reset process with sprint customer support for the issue of phone losing contact with voicemail, missing calls and forwarding messages only after a manual reboot.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI have this constant rebooting problem with the Atrix: If I accept a call while being charged, the phone reboots. The battery used to last me about 8 hours initially but now it lasts about 4 hours (not talk time, stand by, with a small amount of browsing and calls), so I keep it charging at work and also when I get back home. When I get a call and I accept it while being charged, Atrix reboots.Less frequently, if it doesn't reboot when I accept the call, and I disconnect the charged while being on the call, it reboots.
View 2 Replies View RelatedThis was a known bug around 2 years ago, when you end a call, and the screen is already off, so you need to get it back on again to end the call.
Extremely annoying, and it was fixed somehow at the time, but now it's happening again, regularly. (I think once you go past a minute or so, the screen goes off).
I'm having several issues with my Motorola Photon 4G. The first problem and must frustrating problem is that from time to time my phone will reboot when a call ends (either a drop call or hang up). I've tried removing the SD card and turning off HAC but none of these suggestions resolve my problem. The second issue is that from time to time my phone will not ring even if I have full service. I have several Sprint phones (Epic 4G, iPhone, Transform) and if I leave them all on the same table in my home can call them from my house phone they all ring when I call them.
When I call my Photon it will only ring 3 out of 5 times. On my house phone the call does not go direct to voicemail. At my house all the phone signal strengths are maxed out. The third issue is that if I turn on the speaker phone my call gets very staticy. The only way for me to fix this issue is to hang up and all the party again (simply turning off the speaker phone does not resolve the problem). This problem happens 100% of the time.
So a few days ago my Moto X Pure rebooted on it's own in the middle of the night, which woke me up a 3AM due to the bright white Moto X splash screen, and I though it was a random one of thing but the yesterday it did it again in the middle of the night and now it has done it 3 times so far today. I'm backing everything up now so I can do a master reset in a bit.
I removed the 2 apps I have installed since then, there are no memory leaks as far as I can see, and the phone otherwise works just like it did when I got it.I'd prefer not to have to do an advanced exchange with Moto but I will if need be, especially since there likely isn't very many 'Like New' Moto X's yet in my exact configuration and I'll probably end up with another new one.
Just started doing this like 2 days ago while I was in the middle of updates.
I'm already expecting that someone will tell me to restore, but I'd rather actually fix it. Is there even any way to find out why this is happening?
I hard reset my Lumia 1520 to install Windows 10. It gets as far as the "turning gears" and the progress bar gets about 1/3 of the way to done. Then it reboots and repeats this exact process over and over but never finishes the install.
View 1 Replies View RelatedThis just started happening on Saturday night. I would press the red phone button to turn off my phone and within 15-25 seconds my phone reboots itself. I have the Bold 9650 OS 5.0.0.699. Also on Sunday afternoon I dialed *228 (Verizon) to update my roaming capabilities.it was successful and after about 30 seconds by phone rebooted itself. Yes, I have done a battery pull.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI Have Sony Ericsson w610i about 2 years and before one week. It started stucking and I had to put of the battery and making reboot to be unstucked. I tried to update it with SE update service but it stuck in the middle of the update and after that it doesn't opens. Only a red light blinks. I checked the battery but it is ok. So as I searhed I found out that the problem is the EROM or GDFS. I am trying to repair it with flashing programs, but nothing. How can i fix it?

last week, I went to the beach with my friends and unfortunately, my dear phone was dropped in the water T.T. I tried to take the battery out immediately. 2 days later, I put the battery back, it seems to work well EXCEPT the middle / main button T.T. I tried to hit that button hard but it's not working.
View 5 Replies View RelatedI just got back my Xperia Z3 from the service center that replaced my screen. After this my phone have started to reebot and turn itself off. I have used the Sony PC Companion to repair the phone twice (reset and reinstall all the software) but still have the same problem.
Â
I have read o lot of posts here and have no SD-card installed and also removed my SIM-card. I have tried to use the phone in safe mode and without any WiFi. Nothing worked.

I suspect that my phone reboots or turn itself of when the phone gets hot... but it could also be for some other reasons.
My 2 yr old Curve 8530 has recently started to reboot about 5 minutes into any and all phone calls. When rebooting is completed, the battery has been exhausted and needs to be recharged to perform any functions.
Rebooting does NOT occur during any other function use.
I have had my 950 for about 15 hours now and this morning it has restarted no less than 6 times after about 15 - 30 minutes. Not doing anything with the phone, it is just sitting there on my desk plugged into the computer and it restarts. When setting up my phone I used the restore of a backup created from my Lumia 925 so it was not technically a fresh install.
View 24 Replies View Relatedjust recently my Bold 9930 has had the habit of rebooting whenever I plug it into either my car outlet, or the charger that came with the phone. It doesn't happen all the time, but I'd say it happens about 25% of the time I go to plug the phone in.I'm running the highest official OS (7.1.0.580) on Verizon, and did not experience this issue with the previous OS. I didn't experience this issue right after I upgraded, it was about 3 weeks after that update came out, and nothing happened to the phone.

What can I do to fix this problem?
I am using a Blackberry Torch 9800.A few days back I updated the app world and facebook and since then the phone reboots every after few minutes, I can't play any mp3, no ringtones.Basically no sound whatsoever. What I have done : 1) I took a back up of the device on my PC using the Desktop Software and updated the version of my phone - Still the Same. 2) Reset my phone to factory settings - Still the same.

It hasn't been damaged and I haven't rooted it or done anything out of the ordinary with it. It's only 6 months old.
