HTC One M7 :: How To Retrieve Photos From Phone If It Will Not Boot

I was given someone else's phone that will not boot. I know very little about Android -- but am more computer-literate than the owner and that's how I ended up with it.
The phone freezes when booting. After it shows the AT&T logo, the frozen screen has an "htc one" logo with "beats audio" written down below.
I would like to pull the photos off of this device (which means I can't do a factory reset) but how to do it. I don't believe the phone has been modified in anyway (rooted or whatever). What can I do?

My HTC one 2013 won't start after battery running low. Screen is blank, and no led. Tried charging up by usb and mains, phone is still dead.
I haven't dropped it or damaged it in any way, it just went into sleep mode after battery was low and wont start up again.
Got loads of content on there that I really need?

I purchased an iPhone 3 and had taken some photos on it.I started having issues within 30 days and could replace it.So I created an iCloud account and saved those photos as a back up on iCloud. I did not restore my new phone from back up because I did not realize I needed to restore and not just activitate it.How can I save the new photos, apps, and other stuff but retrieve the old photos?

I have a BB Bold 9300 with a large number of photos I have taken over a period of time. When I look at the BB after connecting with my computer and using BB software I can only see 104 pictures. When I look directly at the BB and go to the "media" icon, there are many more photos. How can I transfer all the photos to my computer?

I've taken lots of photos with my BB over the years and have deleted a lot over that period to. I noticed today that when I looked in my pictures, a lot of the ones I've 'deleted' actually showed up in the folder - or at least the thumbnail did. When I tried to open it properly I got the message 'unable to display file'. Is there any way I can get these pics back? Clearly they're in the phones system somewhere. I've done the media - explore - media card - pictures - show hidden etc but it still doesn't let me access them fully.

My PC crashed the other day and I lost all of my photos. Luckily there were many backed up onto my iPhone, but when I try to import photos from my new PC, it only finds photos that were taken from my iPhone's camera. I recently bought an iPhone 5c and i love it. I went to the beach and took a bunch of photos with my friends and the next day i plugged my phone into the computer to sync music. I clicked something that that had to do with backing up or transferring data. My phone shut off and when it turned back on, i had pictures from april that i took on my previous iPhone 4. I thought it would transfer music on to my new phone instead of wiping out my current data. I did not have photo stream turned on, but is there anyway i can get my beach pictures back?
