HTC one on android 4.3. On certain apps when you attach or want to send a picture it asks where to look for the picture, eg onedrive, gallery etc. I selected onedrive and accidentally then said "always" rather than just once. How to change this? I've looked everywhere.
View 3 RepliesI have a Galaxy s5 with 5.0. I recently had to do a factory reset. Now when I long press a photo from the net the photos do not show up in my gallery. They can be found in the file manager but not in the gallery. Prior to the factory reset it saved directly to the gallery. Photos taken with the camera appear in the gallery but they are the only ones that are displayed in the gallery. What am I missing?

I got my atrix 2 yesterday and it was set up in Erie PA at the Best Buy and when I post things to FB or my weather widget, it says I'm in Wesleyville PA which is not too far away but far enough to make a difference. How do I change this? I've trashed the widget and now just use accuweather but the FB posts are irritating me.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI was trying to get this new Facebook Places working and did something that seemed to work for a few 8520 users - Update the OS through the Desktop Software. I updated to the latest one and when I go Options > Advanced Options > Location Settings (It used to be GPS Settings or something similar, not Location Settings) I used to get GPS none and be able to switch my Location Services off and on. Since updating, I only get GPS none and Location Services off, no option to change either.
BB Maps used to find my location fine, Foursquare was good at finding very nearby locations so it must work using something other than GPS. I've updated everything only to try and get bloody FB Places working and it's not even worth it, I can't even use BB Maps now!I've tried re-installing maps and Foursquare but neither can find my location anymore so I believe it was something to do with the update.
Anyway to change the vibration mode when I reach work based on my location? On bb10 , the geo profiles app did this perfectly. Change settings based on location.

I recently got a new E63 phone & am struggling to get my contacts right. The problem is the default contact location is phone memory and though i have copied the contacts to phone memory, if there is any incoming call or sms, the name doesnt appear even though i would have that persons contact stored.
Is there any way to change the default location to memory card? I go to Communication -> contacts -> Options -> Settings and the only option available is Phone & Contacts. Currently the default is phone. If i change to contacts, it asks for sign in. Kindly assist.
I used the Toysoft app Location Profiler on my Curve to automatically switch profiles when I arrived at work and then again when I left. It doesn't appear as if the program is compatible with the Tour. Are there any programs that do anything similar? I have found a few options for changing by time but I'd prefer if it was specific to when I am coming into my office.

I just started using a bold 9700. My only problem is, after receiving baout 10 test messages, i get a popup saying my sim card is nearly full! I dont want my phone to save messages to my sim, but rather my device. Ive done a lot of research and every answer refers me to going to text messaging options and unselecting "e Leave Messages On SIM Card" check box. The problem there is, I dont have that option

The address resolution can fall to a Range of addresses and blocks out the ability to use it im 1/2 mile increments at our work location. My phone appears to be accurate on gmaps to within 20 feet of my actual location. When I go to add the additional locations they all try to use the same app provided name. they are anywhere fromm 300 yards to one mile apart. Why can't it use a user defined name to stop the conflict? I have business uses for this if it is possilble. Like security guard tracking. The application finds the locations using GPS coordinates in place of addresses correctly but then converts to a street address thats not correct for a name...

I cannot directly access the internal memory through the USB. Is there a way to make it store everything on the SD card?For instance I shoot video and it all goes into the internal memory. The main difference is that any image shot in daylight, appears on the PC (and every other device) as if it is smeared in a blue tint. I can partially correct the image, but that is such a long and exhaustive process.
