When I take a picture, it looks great on the phone, but then when I export the same picture to my PC, the image is completely different.
The main difference is that any image shot in daylight, appears on the PC (and every other device) as if it is smeared in a blue tint. I can partially correct the image, but that is such a long and exhaustive process.
do I need another app to print quality photos? there does not seem to be any options in the camera tools, I am taking photos using 16m. When loaded onto a memory stick and pc then displayed. they are not shown as full screen, therefore I doubt that they will make good photo prints?
I have noticed that the color quality of my i phone 5 is not as good as my huband's and other's 5.
I held them up next to each other taking a photo of the same subject, and it was alarming how different the colors were. Why is this? and can I change the color settings?
I've just recently got my 1020, I love it, I'm new to Windows Phone, I've been on iPhone since it's inception. When I take a photo on the 1020, and view it straight after, is it showing me the 41mp (or 34mp perhaps) version or the 5mp version? In settings it's set to take both 5mp and 34mp. But it seems as though the quality of the photos is quite low, especially when you zoom in a little! I'm still trying to work out if there's an improvement when I export it to the computer, maybe this is something to do with viewing it on the phone? I used the HD Photo Viewer app, I didn't notice a difference but maybe I will after a take more photos.
All photos and videos are very poor quality, somehow blurred, like always to be out of focus.I tried in different light situations, different modes, but no improvement. Maybe I expect too much, but the N900's photo engine is complimented a lot. Here is a photo of better quality shooten with my n900:

I have a HTC Droid Eris and it has a 5 mp camera.I notice it takes decent pics...if I upload them directly from my phone to flickr the quality stays intact.but if I use the facebook uploader or upload it via the facebook app the quality diminishes
Is there a way for me to upload directly to facebook without losing quality?or do i have to manually do it through usb or flickr? thanks
1. I set my camera for making picture with sizes 6M (16:9)
2. I took a photo and then I checked the file - it has resolution 3264x1832 but only 823k
It is too small for this resolution!!! If I will print it by 10x15, 20x30 or large it will be horrible picture. What should I check or set in my phone for taking nice photo for the big resolution?
Looking through my album some of my photos now have grey lines across the bottom, distorted quality, half the photo is at the resolution I took it at then the other half is a different colour an quality.
And then upload the highest quality photo to an image hosting site (like imgur)?
I usually just email myself photos, but when I download them on my computer they are like less than 1mb so it looks like I'm getting a low quality image.
Nokia advertises 41mp pictures and I'm still unsure how to get these to my computer. I have the settings to 5mp JPEG + 34mp DNG
HTC one on android 4.3. On certain apps when you attach or want to send a picture it asks where to look for the picture, eg onedrive, gallery etc. I selected onedrive and accidentally then said "always" rather than just once. How to change this? I've looked everywhere.
The phone is saving the photos I take with a specific "DSC_00xxx.jpg " name Is there a way to change the name in something like Photo_(date).jpg when the photo is taken automaticaly?
why can't I change the resolution in the photo camera? If I choose video I can select resolution, but on photo I cannot, there is no option. This is not ok, my phone took the last photos both in landscape and portrait at 1280x720 / 720x1280 resolution. If it has 8mpx why can't I benefit from this res?? who from Nokia had this brilliant idea of taking out the option to select the photo resolution??
I'm trying to change which photo is displayed for certain contacts. Right now it automatically puts facebook photos, I'm trying to change it to a different picture. I go into the contact, click edit, tell it to use an existing photo, I crop the photo how I want it, click save, it shows the new photo in the edit screen, I click save again and it defaults back to the facebook photo.
Noticing a lack of Bluetooth range / quality with there S6? I'm coming from an Moto X 2nd Gen, and its like night and day. My Moto 360 watch constantly drops connection when i'm more than 20 ft away, and my Moto Hint Bluetooth earpiece fades in and out with the phone just in my pocket or on the desk in front of me. My Bose Sound Link II is the same way I go in the next room it stops playing.
If I import my own HD quality backgrounds in to the gallery and set them as a wallpaper you can a degrade in the quality of the image especially if you gradients are being used as it looks like water has on a paining and the colour has run
I have a relatively severe issue with the Bluetooth audio quality on my phone. It sounds pretty much exactly like 64kbits MP3, you can especially hear it in the high frequencies. It's somehow distorted and unclear and extremely annoying as it ruins the experience totally.
Everyone who heard sound over my Bluetooth devices has heard this. The weird thing: I experienced this with both my Galaxy S5 (G900F) and my Galaxy S6 (G920F) and every single Bluetooth device that is connected to them. I tried it with my Logitech Bluetooth Audio Adapter, Denon AVR X1100W, Logitech Boombox and my car stereo Kennwood KDC-BT35U. The audio quality is always the same.
However, with my Nexus 5, my Galaxy Tab S8.4 and my Laptop, the audio quality over Bluetooth is great! Also, if I use the headphone jack on my Galaxys, it sounds just fine. I mostly use Spotify and Google Play Music, but the problem is not there since it sounds great when using a cord.
When I'm at camera and I turn on slow motion when I start recording the quality looks abit off, not blurry though. I'm wondering if that's normal? when I'm taking pictures, etc it looks very good but when I'm at Slow motion quality is a bit off.
So i recently found out how to change the video quality on youtube... but is there anyway to make a default setting for it? Rather than having to change the setting on every video...
I've been on numerous forums and I've asked the Facebook community and even tried tech support with Samsung, all to no avail.
So here's my issue: - Photos taken with the Galaxy S5 are a brilliant 5312x2988px in resolution. - Uploading pictures with the Facebook app on my S5 makes the 5312x2988px pictures 960x540px on facebook. - Uploading pictures with my previous Android device with an 8 megapixel camera were uploaded as 2048x1154px, much higher than the S5.
I can't seem to find any settings anywhere that are causing my high definition pictures to upload at a much worse quality to facebook. I don't expect to get full resolution, but I expect to at least be able to achieve the same upload resolution that my previous phone was getting.
I'm at the point where I don't even want to upload photos to facebook anymore because the quality is so bad compared to the original photo I took.
i have a Z710e and i am not able to change the album pic from Music. I know it's a silly question but i really don't remember selecting it to be on the cover of all songs from Music, i think i tried everything but i am simply incapable to get rid off it
There's been some harping on the muffled voice quality on the vibrant and captivate. Can anyone with these phones comment on this? I've tried the vibrant gps and had no issues. I'm with rogers so the captivate will be coming my way. I also know that most who ***** tend to voice them and those being happy do so away from here! Post your opinions on the voice quality, GPS or the phone in general.
lumia 1020, I upgraded my Lumia 1020 to cyan.I change the photo setting from 16:9 to 4:3 (in Microsoft camera or Nokia camera), and then close the app.Reopen the camera app, the camera lens shutter opens twice (open and close immediately, and then reopen).
My Facebook avatar / square on my phone went from the blue Facebook logo to suddenly importing and using the background picture I have on my FB page. I do not want that. I've delete that FB picture and replaced it with just "black" but still the phone is displaying that old background photo. I've pinned and unpinned and it's still there. I've turned the phone off and on. It's still there.
