View 1 RepliesLooking through my album some of my photos now have grey lines across the bottom, distorted quality, half the photo is at the resolution I took it at then the other half is a different colour an quality.
View 5 Replies View Relatedmy xperia mini pro image quality is poor compared to the video quality.
View 9 Replies View RelatedWhen I take a picture, it looks great on the phone, but then when I export the same picture to my PC, the image is completely different.
The main difference is that any image shot in daylight, appears on the PC (and every other device) as if it is smeared in a blue tint. I can partially correct the image, but that is such a long and exhaustive process.
do I need another app to print quality photos? there does not seem to be any options in the camera tools, I am taking photos using 16m. When loaded onto a memory stick and pc then displayed. they are not shown as full screen, therefore I doubt that they will make good photo prints?
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have noticed that the color quality of my i phone 5 is not as good as my huband's and other's 5.
I held them up next to each other taking a photo of the same subject, and it was alarming how different the colors were. Why is this? and can I change the color settings?
I've just recently got my 1020, I love it, I'm new to Windows Phone, I've been on iPhone since it's inception. When I take a photo on the 1020, and view it straight after, is it showing me the 41mp (or 34mp perhaps) version or the 5mp version? In settings it's set to take both 5mp and 34mp. But it seems as though the quality of the photos is quite low, especially when you zoom in a little! I'm still trying to work out if there's an improvement when I export it to the computer, maybe this is something to do with viewing it on the phone? I used the HD Photo Viewer app, I didn't notice a difference but maybe I will after a take more photos.
View 3 Replies View RelatedAll photos and videos are very poor quality, somehow blurred, like always to be out of focus.I tried in different light situations, different modes, but no improvement. Maybe I expect too much, but the N900's photo engine is complimented a lot. Here is a photo of better quality shooten with my n900:

Often they are much worse, without details.
I have a HTC Droid Eris and it has a 5 mp camera.I notice it takes decent pics...if I upload them directly from my phone to flickr the quality stays intact.but if I use the facebook uploader or upload it via the facebook app the quality diminishes
Is there a way for me to upload directly to facebook without losing quality?or do i have to manually do it through usb or flickr? thanks
1. I set my camera for making picture with sizes 6M (16:9)
2. I took a photo and then I checked the file - it has resolution 3264x1832 but only 823k
It is too small for this resolution!!! If I will print it by 10x15, 20x30 or large it will be horrible picture. What should I check or set in my phone for taking nice photo for the big resolution?
In my old Xperia phone, I can create Direct Dial shortcut on Home Screen. In which the icon displayed for the shortcut is the photo in the Contact. However, after I changed to the new Z2, the photo can't be displayed as icon on the Home Screen.

I usually just email myself photos, but when I download them on my computer they are like less than 1mb so it looks like I'm getting a low quality image.
Nokia advertises 41mp pictures and I'm still unsure how to get these to my computer. I have the settings to 5mp JPEG + 34mp DNG
How to change CONTACT type from PhoneContact to SyncML contact ?
View 1 Replies View RelatedNeed adding pictures to contacts so their picture comes up when they call.
View 6 Replies View RelatedAfter I've chosen a photo for a certain contact, I cannot find a way to remove it. The only option that seems to be available is to change it into something else.how you can remove a contact photo without removing and re-creating the contact?
View 6 Replies View RelatedSo I've read all the other threads and I realize my issue is that since I recently switched over the Outlook, when I sync my contacts it also sync's my photos and now I wind up with this little crappy photos, which I don't want. I like that my contacts get sync'd so I always have a duplicate copy, but is there anyway to sync contacts without having it copy the pictures over? Or am I screwed? Before I used outlook express which can't sync photos, I never had an issue with that, however Outlook will not use the same contact formats
View 4 Replies View RelatedI was prompted to join the forum when searching for ideal wallpaper dimensions for the enV3; this thread served me beautifully, thanks to all involved. With that in mind, I figured you folks would be the best to ask a similar question--what are the best dimensions for a contact's profile photo? I would like to create/modify them on the PC and don't necessarily want phone-taken photos for them all, so if anyone has the golden dimensions for this, I'm all ears and all thankful.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI've been searching and searching on how to change to contact photo size when you make a call or receive a call. I prefer to see the small thumbnail in the upper left corner as opposed to the entire screen being taken up by the contact's photo. After checking multiple threads on this website every answer states that when you use the Address Book on the Mac it syncs the small thumbnail and when you apply the photo on the iPhone it displays the full screen photo size for the contact. Well this solution is not working for me. I've tried deleting the contact's photo then applying them using the Address Book on my Mac and after they sync with iCloud and I make a call it still displays as a full screen photo.

I'm trying to change which photo is displayed for certain contacts. Right now it automatically puts facebook photos, I'm trying to change it to a different picture. I go into the contact, click edit, tell it to use an existing photo, I crop the photo how I want it, click save, it shows the new photo in the edit screen, I click save again and it defaults back to the facebook photo.
View 3 Replies View Relatedreceiving call on SIM 1 will show up the name and photo (if any) - and of course if the contact is stored in the phonebook - in the display. The same caller (who of course is stored in the phonebook) calls me on SIM 2 - the display shows me only a number, nor the name and neither the photo. Both calls has been made from a cell-phone to my motorola. All the contacts are stored under PHONE. There are no contacts neither in SIM1 nor in SIM2.

I have a iPhone 4 with the latest iOS. When I add a contact to my phone, I choose a contact picture from the photo library. I make a test call to the number, and the photo appears full size. The moment I leave the contact screen and try to make a test call again (for example, adding the contact to my favorites and using a favorite link to make a test call) the picture appears as a thumbnail. This happens immediately and to every contact I have. I sync the contact list with Google contacts.

Why are my contact photos distorted in portrait view on atrix hd? I turn to landscape view they are back to normal?
View 8 Replies View RelatedI recently purchased a Z5, upgrading from an iPhone 5S.I've noticed that the panoramas come out just awful. The resolution is low and I get a lot of 'shaking lines' despite none appearing on my iPhone and both were taken with very minimal movement. There don't seem to be any individual Panorama settings but all other settings including the basic camera are set to the highest resolution.
I took a comparison shot of my kitchen with both my 5S and the Z5 and the difference was significant and immediately noticeable. Am I missing something that improves the quality or do I have to just put up with less than acceptable Panorama quality for a phone of this calibre?
Is there any way to improve the resolution of id picture I assign to a contact. The default resolution when phone ringing/calling is quite low but in contact folder is ok (high resolution).
View 9 Replies View RelatedMy xperia ray has good sound quality on the external speaker regarding hights. Female voices for example sound fine. But on a good headphone (i use the beyerdynamic DTX 101 IE and tried others) heights quality is sub-par. Now i am wondering, did Sony use bad hardware here or bad software? Is there any chance this can be fixed with an update?I really like the phone but this bothers me a bit especially as the phone plainly has the technology to recreate the sound adequately (the speaker works fine).
