Galaxy S6 :: Private Mode Password

I have only had my samsung for a week. I am an iphone convert. In getting to know my phone I set up a pw for the private mode. I moved a few photos into the private folder and when the phone shut off private mode did as well. Now I cannot remember my password and there is no fingerprint backup.
Samsung supports response Keep trying paswords. I realize I should have written it down, but I was slightly overwhelmed moving to android. There has to be a way to retrieve.

My private mode isn't working! I've had my phone (s6) for 6 weeks tops, it doesn't give me a chance to do my finger print says it is unable to verify as soon as I try to turn on private mode, then I try my pin and says incorrect password entered 5 times, when I have entered the correct password one time! Is there any way to fix this?

I have not rooted my phone and I am not using ART. I have not downloaded any weird apps either or messed with any of the code.

HIs Private Mode still working after root procedure on S6??
I know, that can by fix by one Xposed module called XSecureStorage but we don't have (yet) working Xposed on stock Samsung roms (hope not for long).
What else not working after root - Knox, Samsung Pay...... - what's more ??

So, I had about 9 gig worth of files (pics/video) in the Private Folder using the Privacy mode on my S5. I wanted that space back, so I moved the files out of privacy mode to another location, then deleted them.
However, the stupid phone is still reserving that 9 gig worth of space in that folder. It shows as "other" in the "my file" and es browser app and when I plug the thing into a computer, windows shows that the private "disk" has 9 gig of used space, even though it is empty.

I know how to set a Picture to PRIVATE. I read that we should be able to also Hide (Private) APP Icons as well ... I tried long-pressing on an APP Icon but the only option is to REMOVE it.

So I updated to lollipop...tried everything to fix issues, finally gave up and did a factory reset.
I pulled out the sd card first, just in case. Now that everything is back and running...I realized that the private photos (which I had moved to sd card) are missing. I've Googled around, no luck finding them. Even when I plug into a PC I don't see them.

I have a Galaxy S6 that I purchased off Ebay and on the back of the phone, the model is SM-G920i but in the settings of the phone, the model number is SM-G920F. I want to get this back to original stock firmware based on the G920i. The only problem is that I cannot get into Download Mode to be able to use Odin. I have tried all of the hardware combinations and the only thing is does is take me to a Factory Mode, where the options are Auto Test, Manual Test, Item Test, Test Report, Debug Test, Clear eMMC, Version, and Reboot.

Wish I could change my keyboard mode from "reduced" to "full" for password entry but can't figure out a way to do it. In options it is set to SureType and it comes up as SureType everywhere else except for password entry when it comes up as "reduced".

It was 5 weeks old and developed a screen issue, went back to repair centre, came back fixed.....All good.....Well no.Now, when the silent icon on the drop down curtain says silent, its not, when you select to change this from the long press of the power on/off button (It gives you a turn device off option, deactivate/activate data, Airplane mode and Silent off and on)The turn on silent mode actually does the opposite?

- I set up my password using the touchscreen while using the "maximized mode" (which combines numbers with letters). Not knowing the exact password but I knew which sequence on that screen it was)- Now my problem is that I put the touchscreen back in "normal mode" and didn't know how to put it back in the maximized mode. In this screen my passwordsequence is not correct and now i have only 1 try left before.........I really would not like to erase all my data due to 10 wrong passwords. I would like to share my calendar with my assistant, but need to keep some private appointments private!. Is there a way to set an appointment on my calendar as private and make my assistant see that time as blocked on her calendar?
I know I can share the calendar with her calendar by giving her permission. we are both using iphone 5s and ipad.
